Tips to get the most out of this micro PC:

  • Add an SSD or hard drive to this mini PC, then clone wi 10 to SSD or hard drive, which will make the device run smoothly.
  • Periodically delete the software distribution folder in the Wi directory to limit the use of the update size. This folder is used for Wi updates.
  • Uninstall any unnecessary programs or applications. When this is done, there is enough space to update Wi.

Note:

To avoid initial setup issues, the first time you use this mini pc, don’t connect network or wifi until the wi system of your mini pc is running.

Product works out of the box. I was going to install Linux but couldn’t access the bios settings so I’m using windows 11 at the moment. The onscreen instructions all fail to access the bios. Otherwise everything is okay.

Can’t believe how good this is for the price I got it for 105 I read reviews and watched few YouTube videos hard to find since everyone had the older version but this thing is amazing if your going to use it for the internet browsing and watching media this is literally on point for the price can’t fault it one bit all it’s missing is ubc connection but I don’t care I have adapter for that now I’m debating to upgrade the SSD as it’s really simple just one screw and pop it in definitely worth it and would recommend if your only going to use it for what I said

I use this mini PC to run OctoPrint for connecting to my 3D printer, and it does a good job, can be left without a keyboard and mouse once it is started, so it is useful for that task.

Only issue related to the internal SSD slot being SATA, but with NVME layout, but once I purchased a SATA 2280 drive it was plug and play. Migrated the OS for drive to the SATA as has more storage space using Disk Genius, keeping original internal storage as backup.

Needs the no automatic Windows Update issue with a simple Registry amendment, but that is not a requirement for most people unless you are using headless like me.

Not able to upgrade to Windows 11 using standard methods, but you can look on YouTube if you need to upgrade, so not a show stopper.

Your own personal mileage with this mini PC will depend on what you plan on using it for, don’t expect to be able to game on this, but for a small Office, 3D printer server or similar, then for the price it offers value.

All good. Installed a cheap NVMe drive, ditched Windows and installed Lubuntu and now have a very responsive and efficient little PC. Runs two monitors without any major problems. Absolutely fine for general browsing / projects. Set yourself sensible expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Will likely buy another to run as a media box in our spare bedroom.

Is worth noting that I was initially experiencing frequent freezes and crashes running Debian. No such issues with Lubuntu, so assuming it was a software issue.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment, comes pre-installed with Windows so it is ready to use out of the box with simply a mouse, keyboard and monitor plugged in.

This would be ideal for some basic work or Web browsing on the go, particularly ideal if you’re travelling for work. It’s better than a laptop and has both WiFi and Bluetooth capability baked in.

I personally use this to run home assistant on Ubuntu and it works flawlessly and silently drawing very minimal power. It’s been powered on with no restart for over 3 months running the smart home and hasn’t slipped up once.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Value!

Extra storage only supports EMMC and does not support NVMe. Refunded me with no issues and very helpful. What an amazing customer support, just like the good old days when a company cared for their customers.

At the moment no dislikes, it loads fast, runs YouTube and other films no problem and is very quiet.
It is a perfect mini PC for media and office use.

This tiny box surpassed my wildest expections. It is enough computer for many people on its own. If you want gaming then it is not for you. It is great for streaming etc.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI always wanted to try one of these and didn’t want to spend too much. Just received this and the setup was easy about (20 minutes). WOW so far so good. I have to say I am impressed with this little thing and can’t beat the value. 512GB storage, 16GB memory, 2 HDMI, 4 USBs, and a slot to add an SSD. I am not real familiar with the processor and have not done any benchmark testing. It is perfect for my needs. Just hope it lasts.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIts does what it says on the tin. Its basic. Simple mini pc for emails basic home/office admin uses. It doesn’t have the memory for large applications as obviously part of the 64gb is partitioned for system use.
I bought it to run a display for advertising screen in a business window. It works fine running video clips and power point slides. Resolution output is good enough for the needs for 1080p, 4k.

Since I don’t watch live TV I bought it as a cheap upgrade for my not smart tv so I could watch youtube, netflix etc. It’s not really suitable for this. I’m going to install an m.2 into the spare slot and try to install linux mint on it.

28/04/2023 I installed an m.2 and linux mint and its much better.

This PC is about 2x power of a Rpi4. Ran it on windows 10 Pro, but was a bit rubbish. Installed Linux Mint and it is a very usable basic Desktop. Will be running some on the edge AI on it. Removed the cover and will fit an extra passive heatsink, as it does throttle quit quickly on load. But bang for buck its OK.

The set up was Farley strait forward, once done works as a home media machine which is why I wanted it,
web stuff and YouTube seem fine to, OLD / low demand game are fine.

If you are looking for a gaming machine this is not it, maybe game steaming but I wouldn’t know.

overall VERY good for the money
