Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWir hatten ursprnglich das 14-teilige Set bestellt und dieses dann gegen das 11-teilige umgetauscht.
Warum?

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI love this cookware set. It’s of very high quality and sturdy. It really does not stick and it’s very easy to clean. It’s also beautiful to look at and looks great in the kitchen. The size of the pots and pans are very convenient, one of the pans is more like a wok which I really enjoy. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I’ve been using it for the past 3 months and it stills looks as good as new.

Ordered a couple pans in 2022, not only do they look good, they work great. First of all they are comfortable to use, food is cooked evenly, easy to clean, durable, and I especially like how the pans are designed to stack on each other without taking up a ton of space. These are the only pans we use anymore. Lastly, I dropped one of the pans and broke the wooden handle, tried to find a replacement, but to no avail. So I reached out to the company, to my surprise, they are sending a new pan free of charge. It was my fault, and still they replaced it. They have just made a lifelong customer.

I bought a small one of these during Prime days last year and I love it so much I bought this bigger one. It is no stick. It cleans easily. The handle is comfortable and doesn’t get hot. The sides at at a good angle for most dishes. It is lasting very well. I have had them a year and they are still my go to’s.

We go through the same routine just about every year. Wait for a holiday for all the sets to go on sale and invest in the next overhyped cookware set just to be disappointed. You might believe you need to spend $400+ to get a high performance and aesthetically attractive cookware set…Nope!

We’ve been using our full Carote set now for about 5 months. We cook a lot…you name it, we’ve prepared it with this set. Everything cooks evenly without any sticking and they clean up so easily. We don’t even care that they’re not dishwasher friendly. It’s oddly satisfying to hand wash them back to perfection so effortlessly.

The dark granite finish is very high end looking. They’re more lightweight then I was expecting which is actually a relief… I worry about our kids chipping up our porcelain sink or cracking our electric glass top. These are very kid friendly – no more burnt eggs! You can honestly make eggs without any oil in the pan and they lift right off. Still…months later.

We avoid metal utensils to protect from scratches. Get yourself a nice silicone utensil set and you’re good to go. I bought this extra large frying pan and the extra large pot to complete my set. And I’m still under $200!

Even our teenage daughter continues to comment on how easy they are to cleanup. No more soaking the pots first!

Just buy the whole set. You’ll love it. would make a great gift too.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI love this pan so much and so easy to clean! I’m a simple person that cooks simple things and this is so perfect for me! The non sticky part always impressed me, love cooking eggs with this pan! The company is also wonderful in their customer service! I forgot to order the lid and ask them if they could ship it for me, i was ready to pay for the shipping myself since i forgot the order, but they shipped it for me for free! I would order from them again if I need any other type of kitchen cookware.

Golden Review Award: 30 From Our UsersWe have tried probably a dozen different non-stick pans and while they all look good, they just don’t get the job done — things stick to the surface. We’ve even seen pans demonstrated where the salesperson cracks an egg into the heated pan and blows it around the pan with his breath. Needless to say, we weren’t able to blow eggs around in the pans we bought. We bought the Carote pan expecting it to be much like the others — OK, but not great. We have cooked a variety of things in this pan and it wipes clean. Seriously. Wipe it once with a paper towel and it’s clean. The only downside is that they don’t come with a lid and they don’t sell lids separately, so you’d either have to go buy a separate lid somewhere else or buy a set of the Carotes (lids come with the set). Cannot recommend highly enough!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI tend to buy high quality frying pans and then look after them properly (ie only ever using non-stick utensils and cleaning the pans carefully as per the manufacturer’s instructions), in the hope that each pan will then last ten years. Having had this one for nearly six months I’m confident it will give me many years’ service. It’s easy to clean and looks good too.

I was attracted to the Carote pan because of the natural granite coating. I’ve gone through about every other “coated” pan trying to avoid unnatural applications. [None of them ever stood up to their promises.]
When I unpacked the Carote its rough surface concerned me. “This will never be non-stick!” I’m vegan [so I’m not looking for eggs to slide out of the pan onto toast] and usually do dry sauts, occasionally adding water if needed, so I was looking for a pan that would truly allow that to happen. Now I was very concerned and developing “buyers’ remorse.”
When I applied oil to the pan for seasoning it, I marveled at how readily the oil soaked into the granite. I thought, “Maybe this is going to work?” I dry sauted some tofu and the pan cleaned up perfectly. Not a hint of struggle.
I don’t normally write reviews but there were so many unfavorable ones where folks found their Carote pan to be sticking. [Maybe the pan wasn’t seasoned before the first use?]
For me, and my style of cooking, I might have just found the pan of my dreams! [With a handle the likes of which I’ve never experienced – beautifully crafted.]
    Thank you, Carote.

This is a beautiful 12″ pan. I took it out of the box and wow! The wooden handle and the granite texture was just so pretty. Made me want to buy another one right away. It’s a large pan but not heavy with high sides that should help to alleviate spillage. I received mine yesterday and I put it to use this morning for breakfast. So far I really like this pan. I’ll see if in a few months if the no stick elements to this pan are still working well or have failed like so many other non-stick pans. my only disappointment is that I didn’t realize it had no lid and when I went to see about buying one they don’t sell them separately. It was my mistake for not buying the set with the lid which cost another 20.00 +. A little steep for just the lid. Any how, I can’t attest to the durability of this item yet. I hope it works as beautifully as it looks and that it lasts for a good while. If after a month it’s still in fairly good condition I’ll purchase a second one.

I love this pan.. I got the 12 inch and it is deep and wide… You can throw eggs in with no butter or oil or anything to help it not stick it just doesn’t. It cooks well and when your done it is easy to clean. NOTE: Don’t rinse it out right afterward because stone skillets scan shatter into a million pieces when its hot and you add water to it and you don’t want that to happen to a great skillet like this. So let it cool down and you can even wipe it out with a paper towel if you wanted but i add a little water and barely any soap just to be thorough but it wipes out like nothing. I liked it so much i bought one for my parents and they like it as well. You can cook anything you would in a iron skillet but easier to clean. I recommend using soft utensils while cooking i do use a medal spatula for certain things but i am mindful to not scratch the surface too much. Just take care of it and try not to scratch it up too much and its a great Thing.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersTried it out today with Asian stir fry & noodles… Works like a charm with tiny bit of oil & few sprinkles of water once the Veggies were in the pan. Love the design of the handle , which even has an opening to hang fry pan on the wall or a cookware rack. Pan construction is heavy duty…not at all flimsy. Great score !! I will hand wash carefully and store with paper inside to protect surface ( just in case ). This pan heats up well & quickly via that core base . Feeling so pleased w/ this purchase & it arrived quickly as well. Recommend this pan. (* just to add that there are no issues with sticking , convex or burned bottom… ( via a couple other reviewers ).. If you use the pan on clean cooking element and handle appropriately, it will work like a charm .. add a tiny amount of oil or w/ stir fry few drops water added once veggies are in the pan. * Heat pan on medium then add small amount oil..heat again and cook food on suitable level of heat * not too high…not too low . Works on Induction cooktop as well ).

Golden Review Award: 243 From Our UsersThe pan is made of thick aluminum. The thickness helps distribute heat evenly so you don’t get hot spots. I’m really liking this frying pan over our gas range- zero complaints so far.

The non-stick is pretty impressive, but I’ve been using it only for a month or so. If it fails or degrades quickly I’ll be back to report it.

Now 5 months in and we still like this pan very much. It’s retained it’s non-stick properties very well and I can tell you between me, my wife and my 2 young adult children, it sees regular action. Even caught my daughter flipping her food with a metal spatula – argh.

I never put it in the dishwasher, though if I remember correctly it’s supposed to be dishwasher safe. Anyways, nothing sticks to it so hand washing is a breeze. Even the oil and grease kinda slide right off.

After 5 intensive months of use, I’m perfectly happy with this skillet. BTW, 12 inches is big, but not too big – the extra space compared to my previous skillet is appreciated.

Edit after 8 months: Who goes back and edits their frying pan review twice? I do. Actually, I’ve never had a non-stick frying pan last very long and I thought it would be interesting to see if this one is the holy grail of non-stick frying pans. So after 8 months, the non-stick is not as effective as new. For example, eggs need a little lubrication if you don’t want them to stick at all. Still, as far as “non-stickiness” goes, it’s much better then my stainless set and the fact that it’s a quality heavy gauge pan, it’s still everyone’s goto pan. Also, the non-stick surface still looks good: It isn’t visibly decaying like I’ve seen on other non-stick pans.
