Looked at lots of these portable monitors, all of which have the ports on the side so cables are visible.
This cables are hidden on this one, it’s bezel is un-branded gives it a clean look.
It does do 120hz when connected by USB-C but not HDMI.
Good picture quality for price.
VESA mountable but impossible to find a 75×75 vesa mount which it requires otherwise you will see the mounting bracket exposed that do 100×100 & 75×75.
So for me the only bad point is the vesa mount as I wanted to mount it.
I love my new 17.3 portable monitor! It’s the perfect size for my Chromebook, and it’s so easy to set up and use. I just plug it in with the included USB-C cable, and it’s ready to go.
The picture quality is excellent, and the colors are very accurate. The monitor is also very bright, so I can use it even in well-lit rooms.
I’ve been using the monitor for a variety of tasks, including work, gaming, and watching movies. It’s been great for all of them. For work, I can have multiple windows open at the same time, which makes it much easier to be productive. For gaming, the monitor’s high refresh rate makes for a smooth and immersive experience. And for watching movies, the large screen and excellent picture quality make it feel like I’m at the cinema.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase of this portable monitor. It’s a great value for the price, and it’s made my Chromebook even more useful and enjoyable to use.

This monitor has some great features like an IPS screen, 400 candela (nits) 178 viewing angle etc. It’s so easy to use, it does come with an instruction booklet but I didn’t need to use it because it’s so intuitive. Comes with 2 USB C to USB C cables and a mini HDMI to standard HDMI cable and a USB C wall charger. You plug in the USB C to C cable and it just starts working as it takes its power from your laptop. You can plug in the wall charger or a power ball also. I believe that if the wall charger is plugged in then the monitor will then charge your laptop if one of the USB C cables is also plugged in. The menu and return keys are easy to use. What’s also great is the stand which doubles up as a cover so you don’t have to buy a separate one. There are also a VESA mount holes (75mm) on the back. If you wish to use the mount in portrait mode then you just go into the menu and change the setting to portrait. The monitor is light enough to make it truly portable but it also feels sturdy and well made. Would highly recommend
I wanted to have a monitor that is big enough but also portable and this monitor is perfect for that. At 17 inches, I can use it not only for work but also for watching movies. The resolution is great and the weight is perfect. 5/5 so far and will update review in a few months after using this for a while.
I was not sure how this portable monitor might work with my laptop but was willing to give it a try. It came in a nice box and everything that was said to be in the box was there. Connection was easy I didn’t have a hard time at all it was very plug and play. The colors on screen are pretty similar. So far so good happy with my purchase.
So happy with this purchase. Connecting was quick and easy and was able to instantly connect via various connections. I had to purchase an HDMI to display port cable to connect it to an older work laptop and that worked perfectly as well. I was very surprised how easy the setup was. I have no issues with the color, resolution, or sound. The speakers are not the greatest but will work for what I need it for.
It’s basically really having a second monitor for a laptop.
My laptop has an OLED screen, so if you’re picky about colors, this monitor is not going to compare to that. However, it definitely adds productivity and convenience with its portability.
Having a standard size HDMI is a real plus/advantage and not have to deal with mini-HDMI cables.
It comes with separate stand.
When you first connect it, the brightness is only about 20% so you’ll definitely need to increase it.
I appreciate that there’s no annoying or ugly text on the frame of the screen and it has a clean look.

I’ll be traveling a lot for work so I needed to get a large portable external monitor. This monitor is great. Its large at 17.3″, also takes HDMI, USB and USB-C. I used the USB-C and it powers it also, I don’t need a separate power plug! The monitor is thin, lightweight, and comes with a case to protect while traveling. The screen is crisp and clear, easy on my eyes, and I am able to adjust the brightness. I am very impressed and it was a great deal for such a large portable monitor.
