I’m using this bracelet for an argon 80 lb 8″ diameter bottle works great the strap was good but I replaced it with a ratchet strap for safety purposes. But for a smaller bottle they would be perfec

Once I figured out exactly what it would be installed, and where I wanted the buckle at, I tied a knot in the strap hidden behind the mount, so the strap didn’t accidentally get pulled out of the mount. Figured I would fix the potential problem, before it was a problem.

A well moulded ABS cylinder bracket.

I have used this bracket to hold my large CO2 welding gas cylinder against the wall of my shed.

Installation was straightforward and involved nothing more than screwing the bracket onto a horizontal wooden bar.

The cylinder is securely held against the bracket by the supplied adjustable webbing strap (which is possibly much longer than needed) which is approximately 1 inch wide.

The ABS moulding itself was very clean and required only a small amount of flashing removed (cosmetic reasons only) and features a rigid design with appropriate bracing.

The unit is also supplied with a set of anchor bolts for fixing to solid walls.

A well worth addition to any workshop where large cylinders are used!

I looked into these brackets to hold my propane tank on my travel trailer and have been satisfied with their performance so far.

The bracket itself is built well and there is no bend to it, which is really nice and a sign of its rigidity. Each bracket comes with a strap that is very lengthy so there is plenty of material to work with. I really like how the end of each strap is cut at an angle. This helps with strapping in your tank quickly.

I technically only needed one bracket as I only have one tank, but I was able to use the other bracket to hold my trailer jacks in place. So far, they have performed well during the trips we have taken.

I would highly recommend these brackets as they are easy to set up, well built, and will secure your tank (and other items) in place!

I ordered this to fit inside the gas locker in my campervan, unsurprisingly to hold the propane cylinder in place. It’s exactly as I had expected: strong, rigid plastic bracket and decent quality strapping. I don’t need the masonry fixings supplied with it, but they look good quality and I’d have no hesitation using them if I were fixing the bracket to a wall. The only adaptation I’m making is to line the side of the bracket that goes against the gas cannister with some thick silicon adhesive tape, just to prevent any rattling while driving.
The price (17.99 at time of writing) is higher than some of the other similar brackets, but the quality is good and the strapping is a generous length at 1.5m. I’d buy this one again!
Edited: Just to add a note: I did in fact order a second one of these brackets (my gas cabinet holds two cylinders), and the good quality is identical, so I have confidence in the security of the cylinders.

I was really surprised when I opened the box, these are lot beefier than I was expecting, and that’s a good thing. The cylinders in my shop have been held in place by a light chain draped around them and I have always wanted a better method of holding them in place. These brackets have easily solved the problem. I would recommend these to anyone the has compressed gas bottles that are not well secured. Safety first!

As someone who values safety and organization in my workspace, I recently acquired the Cylinder Wall Mounted Bracket, and it has proven to be an essential addition to my setup. This heavy-duty bracket offers a secure and reliable solution for holding nitrogen and propane tanks, and its upgraded features have exceeded my expectations.

The standout feature of this bracket is the upgraded strap, boasting a length of 59 inches. This length is ideal for accommodating gas cylinders ranging from 4 to 16 inches in diameter, offering versatile compatibility that suits various cylinder sizes. This improvement ensures a snug fit and secure hold, alleviating any worries about cylinders slipping or falling.

When it comes to durability and safety, the Cylinder Wall Mounted Bracket truly shines. Crafted from premium ABS material, it exudes a sturdy build that can withstand the demands of heavy gas cylinders. The addition of a 2.5cm wide nylon strap takes the security aspect up a notch, instilling confidence that your valuable cylinders will remain firmly in place.

The adjustable strap buckle adds an extra layer of convenience and customization. This feature allows you to tailor the strap’s length to your specific needs, ensuring a precise and tight fit for your cylinders. Gone are the days of cylinders shifting or falling due to inadequate restraints – this bracket ensures peace of mind.

Installation is a breeze thanks to the bracket’s simple yet effective design. With the provided installation expansion screws, the process is straightforward and hassle-free. Whether you’re a professional or a DIY enthusiast, setting up this bracket won’t be a challenge.

The Cylinder Wall Mounted Bracket’s applications extend beyond just propane tanks. While it’s perfect for safely securing gas cylinders on-the-go, it also finds its place in various settings, including hospitals, laboratories, factories, and more. Its reliability and versatility make it an asset in any environment where gas cylinders are in use.

I ordered two of these to secure a spare propane bottle and a 5 gallon round gasoline safety can in the bed of my truck. I mounted them to either side of the bed, just back from the tire indentations. I had to find suitable bolts for my truck sides, as the supplied bolts are good for concrete anchoring, but I knew that buying it. So far I give it 5 stars for value, but to be honest 4 stars for quality. Only 4 – why? Because the included straps are not all that sturdy, the cam buckles feel very light and I suspect that I will replace them with a better quality buckle eventually, or add a secondary chain, cable, or other securing device. For now, several hundred miles later they are still holding just fine.
