This heater has been so good I’m now about to buy another for my Sons home for my grandchildren. I have some very large rooms in my home, and use this to keep a few rooms warm when I home on my own instead of putting on whole house heating, also been using it in my work shop. Looks a bit working area garage type in style but for its price and how quickly it heats a room and has a great cut off themostate. It’s much better than the traditional home white style heaters I’ve ever bought.
Superbly constructed , used it in my medium sized lounge instead of two large radiators and it equalled their performance. From 13 degrees to 20, in under 25 minutes, and maintained a constant temperature with the thermostat kicking in for about 5 minutes and then off for about 15. Makes a very pleasant sound, and less than half the cost of gas.
After just over a year it has stopped working properly. It now works for just a few minutes then just switches off. I initially thought it may be a fuse issue but after about an hour it switched back on again only to stop a few minutes later. Maybe it’s a thermostat problem but how to fix it is beyond me. The cost and time to get it fixed probably outweigh getting a new one but I won’t buy this one again. So I am very disappointed with it as it will probably have to be thrown away. It’s only used occasionally in the garage so hasn’t lasted very long at all.
This arrived really quickly, really easy to use, compact, the only reason I never gave it 5 stars, it is noisier than other reviews have said and in a small room, is a bit annoyingbut if this is all I need to worry about? Then all is good!
This heater is small but really powerful. I live in a small house with my daughter. I like Arctic temperatures while she prefers the Fires of Mordor. We each have one and can set the temp to anything we find comfortable.
The unit is made of mainly metal plate with plastic handle and control pod. The fan is quiet, and the heat output on the lower 1 setting is surprisingly good, for a small room, shed, workshop etc. The higher heat 2 setting gives out double the heat, and is surprising for such a compact unit. I am very pleased with it, and am contemplating buying more.
It works. The controls make little sense compared to a standard heating fan but if you read the instructions you’ll figure it out. It was just unnecessary to make it that way I don’t see the point and it’s noisy I have hanging on a string to not transmit vibrations to the floor. Besides that it does the job
Was pretty dubious of purchasing this heater. But was pleasant surprised. Kicks out a far bit of heat to warm my garage & keeps the tempature rising. Pretty eco friend on the bills unless you go for the full setting at 2KW which isn’t bad but my smart meter saids it’s board line red. Good small powerful heater. Seems very well buil
I purchased 2 units for my large workshop and garage holds 4 cars and good sized workshop space. Though concerned units seemed very small put one at each end and got the space nice and warm, we 3 degrees outside. My wife commented how warm it was when came in. I would add the building is fully insulated so not sure how they would perform in a non insulated workspace but for me very pleased.
I ordered 2 of these heaters I needed something powerful not the standard small fan heater that takes a year to heat up a small room or a massive one that gives you electricitybills that make your eyes bleed.
I’m so glad I got 2 of them one for my study/home office & one for downstairs living room. It saves me putting on the central heating when working from home, yes I’m cheap.
It’s tiny and heats up a room in minutes (study). It’s dimensions are around 8.5″ x 6″ with the stand you can tilt where you want to direct the heat. It has a cool fan setting I could use in the summer. The cable is only 1.5 metres but it does the job. It just sounds like a normal fan heater not loud enough to interrupt any zoom/phone calls. It came 4 days earlier than the predicted delivery date.
Glad I splurged on 2 of them I hope they last it feels robust so I’m hoping for many years of use. Great product. Attached some pictures.
