I thought thus 2 burner as emergency while my kitchen is been renovated. It’s gets hot very quickly and does the job well, however, sometimes when using the 2 burner at the same time, the heat slows down which can be annoying. It’s also takes time to cool down when you turn off the heat. So, I usually remove the plug from the switch and also remove the pot or my cooking pot to avoid overcooked or overdone food, which I may like. Other than that, it’s very useful to have. Yes I will recommend the it.

Its more economic than gas due to bills I bought not disappointed her up quick remember due to residual heat switch potatoes OE rice off after boiling point cover and save money good size heat quality clear instructiinsbi have more than halved gas and only a slight increase electric I can’t believe how much gas it takes to boil potatoes and with this once boil point reached switch off clever pan and within ten mins perfect ad long ad u either cut veg into pieces or don’t stick ten ounce potato in without cutting overall gkaf I purchased bin conjunction with air fryer I’ve reduced energy by at least half x

I’m not normally one to leave a review unless something really blows me away I cannot recommend this hob enough, I bought this as my cooker has completely died, first it was just the oven (which we have managed without for months) then the hob blew just as we had finished cooking a meal, I have 3 small children to feed and can’t manage without the hob, I decided that as a temporary measure I’d have to buy a table top hob until we could replace the whole cooker and that’s when I spotted this, with many previous purchases and reviews and a great price I decided to try it, I can honestly say that this hob was better than the one attached to my cooker and heated super quick, with just cold water too, it’s surprisingly light weight and easy to clean. If you’re reading this, just buy it!!

Very good for the money – heats up fast therefore costs less to run – bought as a interim as moving to a new house soonish would imagine not good for families but been great for just the two of us .

Cracking piece of equipment. Came quick which was great as our cooker went bang the night we ordered, came the day after. Heats up very quick and keeps temperature well! Only slight issue we have is the style of th e plates can be a pain to clean. but otherwise a great unit!!!

Takes a little while to heat up but equally I switch the plate off half way through the cooking as it remains heated for sometime.
So nothing lost.
It looks good and I’m pleased I bought it.
One slight thing is the plate marked a little with the first pan I put on but no big deal really.

I bought this hob to use while we have building work done (and no kitchen). It takes quite a long time to heat up, but once it’s hot it’s great, hot enough to brown meat properly, although you don’t have the fine control of a normal hob – either on or off, pretty much. But once you’ve got used to this it’s quite easy to turn the ring off and just use residual heat for things like cooking pasta. It’s very light so easy to move but stable and sturdy to use. It’s ideal for our current needs

Bought this to use in the kitchen over the summer on free solar electricity rather than using gas. It works fine, bit slow to heat up, and doesn’t get as hot as a proper one, but used it now for couple of months and does the job.
Will be handy for camping when we have electric hookup too.
