Can’t believe I waited so long !!! This is just the best robot. Intuitive, programmable really easily via an app! Cleans and mops just so well. I wake up and it’s all done!!

pre-programming with the phone app the Deebot hoover is really a clever bit of kit. It does a brilliant job of hoovering, cleaning up to the edge, as well as mopping. A real time saver. Quick and easy to empty. It will ‘talk’ to you to inform you of different things. I found it quite straightforward to set up, but I took the time to understand all aspects of the machine. Really is artificial intelligence doing its thing. I didn’t realise when I bought, but the Deebot docking station needs a clear meter either side to sit and charge ( plus a meter and half in front). Great fun having this little robot helper , so much I call it ‘Angel’
I have always wondered if a robot hoover could actually do the hoovering. Well the answer is most definately yes.
I opted for the Deebot N10 Plus and I have to say I am very impressed with both the hoovering and mopping facility. I only wish I had purchased one a couple of years earlier.
The Deebot was delivered as planned and arrived on time. It was well packed and within 30 minutes the Deebot was up and running, or rather hoovering.
Simple to setup and the phone app gives you complete control of your Deebot allowing you to organise when it hoovers and which rooms.
After it initially finds its way around your home, it maps each room which is accessible using the phone app. These can be named and you can then setup cleaning schedules for each or all of your rooms.
On returning to the Dock, the hoover returns to charge and the deebot is emptied ensuring it is ready for its next clean.
You can easily clip on the floor mop/mat as required. Just add some water and cleaning liquid and Deebot is ready to wash the floors. It can hoover and wash at the same time. If it bumps into carpet, it will not use the mop.
We are amazed how great Deebot is. We have 2 cats and a parrot and Deebot easily copes with hair, seed, and general dirt extremely well.
This really is a game changer for us and I therefore rate it a massive 5 stars. Fantastic product.
This is my 3rd robot and it is by far the best of them. 1st lacked any mapping so randomly bounced around, 2nd LeBot was ok but eventually brush system wore out and stopped working. This one so far is impressive reliable making its way around full floor with little intervention and needs minimum maintenance (empty, cleaning etc). The components seem to be of higher quality and design thought.
It is really 5* product today but I’m reserving judgement until long term quality can be accessed
The 3d mapping is very good and it has been able to navigate my mutlipfloors a d handle a mix of hard floor with a rug and carpets.it navigates multiple rooms plus a downstairs toilet and utility room.
It generally works well around chair legs but it can’t work miracles.
It is only being used to mop a couple of times but it is now set to do a full floor vaccuum everyday.
With having a cat he was a constant battle to keep the floors clean and tidy. And now I come home every day and they’re clean.
The only issue and it’s not a fault of this particular model is that you must have the floor as clear as possible otherwise it will suck up anything that gets in its way.
However the app is useless and no matter what I try I haven’t been able to pair the app to the device – followed all the trouble shooting advice. So still not been able to set off limit areas so I have to ensure there are physical barriers in place.
Overall happy, but cost high when not able to use all it’s advertised features.
On carpets it doesn’t really collect the little bits of floss or a piece of string a lot of the hair I think it just sucks up the dust and that’s that, it doesn’t do a good job with corners though so you’ll have to go over them with your regular hoover every now and then.
It has good mapping and navigation just make sure to cover mirrors or glass doors if it’s dark outside because it gets confused and double maps and will end up going around in circles.
I am satisfied with it just wish it had longer side brushes for the edges and that it would have enough suction power to pick up the string or small fluff like debris.
I am yet to try the mopping feature but I am sure it will be impressive.
