This telescope has been purchased as a Christmas present for our grandson so unable to review now. However, it was delivered earlier than expected and I have received an email from the manufacturer asking me to call if there are any issues with it so that is a positive sign.

Gave this telescope to my daughter as a gift and she loved it. Easy to assemble and use. The only tricky thing is set up the focus using the object finder conected on top. It has an adjustable focus in one end and the whole thing is surrounded by small screws that lock in place. The screws doesn’t allow you to lock easily on the object at a distance that you use to adjust the object finder. It is very sensitive. Maybe It could have a different way to do it without using these screws.
Customer service is excellent, any issues you have in setting it up they will promptly return to you.
The images you get of the moon are amazing but planets are bit hard to see.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 5 year old it’s one of the cheeper telescopes as it was first one ,I have to say though I think it is really good value well made a little bit fiddly to set up ( for a youngster) but when it’s done it’s really easy to use and gives a great view of the moon so I would encourage anyone to get it for a first telescope
Also I was very impressed with the seller as they were very supporting in making sure we were completely happy with the purchase

This is a great item. Don’t be out of by negative reviews. It functions well, clear images and is durable. Spend time getting to grips with it, imaging can take time, getting a picture of image takes a bit of setting up but no one should be expecting to be getting images or pictures akin to Hubble or James Webb within minutes of getting it out of the box! Astronomy is a skill that’s learnt and practised.

Setting up isn’t too difficult, until you try attatching your phone. The mount for the phone attatches to the lens piece which makes it pretty unstable.
To focus on the moon, I needed to turn the focus all the way out to the longest setting and do the same with the eye/lens piece that the phone mount is attatched to. This makes the eyepiece, now being held in at its limit by one tiny screw barely able to hold the weight of the phone and when you go to take a photo, it takes longer than my maximum 10 seconds timer before it stops shaking after you press the button.
It has been cloudy almost every night for a month even though its summer, so I’ve been unable to use it and missed the deadline for sending it back.
For me this was a waste of money as using it to take photographs was my intention.

Easy to assemble, arrived on time. Bought it for our Son for Christmas. We live in Wales though so, not been able to use it due to the sky always being covered with clouds.

Sturdy well built design . Fantastic quality for the price paid i bought 2 for xmas gifts . Once set up kids were amazed at seeing so many details on the moon . Lenses focusing on constellations work well takes time and practice. Kids very happy with gif

Originally the telescope could not be attached to the tripod and the item was returned. The seller subsequently arranged for a new telescope to be sent and this one was of great quality. Easy to put together and with plenty of useful accessories. Very pleased with the outcome.

Bought this for our grandson for Xmas . Looks good but the instructions were not very clear al all. Not very informative. Eventually worked out and now waiting for the full moon to appreciate how good it is

Definitely a beginners telescope, very easy to put up, supplier was very helpful in answering any questions can’t wait to try other attachments but definitely worth the price and bag which comes very handle

My first telescope. It took me a few nights to align the finder scope with the telescope but the view of the moon was absolutely stunning. My phone now talks to the remote button so I cannot wait to take some pictures. I just have to wait for other planets to come into view. As a novice this item is ideal; it is easy to store and quick to setup.

Right I don’t often write reviews but !!!
This is actually amazing. Took a little while to set up and get used to but the pictures I got from this is amazing . Please note I was using a iPhone 11pro but I really don’t think that matters . Honestly buy this product it’s well worth it . And I really recommend to get the bag with it . Otherwise it’s just all lose . Enjoy:) thank you

I bought this for my son (10 years old) who is starting to be interested in astronomy, the moon, stars & planets.
I had no idea which telescope to buy plus I had a budget, I saw this and loved the package especially as it also came with a backpack so he can take it on holidays, trips etc with ease. The telescope is lightweight and easy to put together and brilliant as a starter telescope, if he remains interested in astronomy in the next few years then I will look to upgrade the telescope & will buy it from this company again. They were so helpful when I was looking to buy this one, before I purchased it I contacted them & asked lots of questions which they quickly replied to & answered, the telescope arrived in super quick time as it was a gift.
