I highly recommend because I’ve tried a few different jaw trainers and this is the best. With continuous and regular use it will definitely deliver on it’s promise.Comes with three pieces for different strength levels, low to high.
I was skeptical about getting this, but it’s great for building muscle to firm your face! I used to chew gum to firm my face muscles, but 1 minute twice a day helps keep my face firm and helps my chin too, without sugar-free gum ingredients!
I really like my jaw exercises with this device. It does build jaw muscles as advertised. I had a little bit of discomfort getting used to the way it would realign my jaw after exercising, but overall, it worked quite well, better than my expectations.
I bought these and have used it for the past two weeks and have noticed changes in my jawline. It definitely works out your muscles around the cheek area and I’m loving the results. For the price and quality you can’t go wrong since I’ve used others and they are either too small or too tough.
These things have a lot of potential. There is enough weight to gradually go up in intensity and build up stronger jaw muscles. The size and shape provide some different options for training.
I created a permanent indentation on the lightest one and decided i needed to go up after that. So far they seem to be holding up pretty well otherwise and are easy to clean.
This product lives up to the hype! Been using it now for a couple of months. People have been saying my face looks younger and stronger.
But that aside. It really does do wonders for jaw strength, face shape and opening up nasal passages. I can’t believe how much easier to is to breathe through my nose now that I’ve been using it.
You do not need to waste money on the brand name one, or even the harder level ones. THis will do the trick. I use this for 2 minutes and my jaw is on fire. If you do it enough, for long enough, it doesn’t matter that it’s only beginner level; your jaw will BURN. I definitely feel it working the muscles, but sadly haven’t been disciplined enough about using it every day to see if there’s real progress. But I feel like if I used it every single day my jaw would easily be chiseled.
Will these give you the perfect jawline you’ve been longing for? I have no idea. Everyone’s bone and muscle structure is different. What I can say is that these jaw exercisers will definitely help strengthen your jaw muscles and relieve tightness and tension in them. I grind my teeth a lot unconsciously and I got these to see if they would help with that and they do. After using them a while they have strengthened and relaxed my jaw muscles and I’m grinding my teeth a lot less. Plus my jawline feels firmer and looks a bit better. Mainly though I am pleased it has helped with my teeth grinding and jaw tightness.
With three resistance levels, it’s perfect for everyone. The bonus necklace and storage containers are good to keep them organised. The silicone is sturdy, but be patient — multiple teeth imprints are needed for a perfect fit. Strengthening my jawline has never been this easy!

It really does work. It transforms the way your face looks, and I notice it the most by the bags under my eyes completely disappearing. It strengthens and tightens your entire face. I look 5 years young and my wife said “It just makes your face look better”. I have a beard, so I can’t see the exact effects on my jawline, but I did take before and after photos and look much younger and healthier. Also, I exercise and eat a decent diet, get decent amount of sleep and don’t smoke etc. I have been using it for just over a month.
