Why doesn’t the camera connect to Wi-Fi?
Ensure that your EZVIZ device can receive strong Wi-Fi signal. Move the camera closer to your router.
Try to avoid obstacles such as wall, elevator, microwave, washing machines, and Bluetooth devices.
Why can’t I connect the camera to Alexa?
Make sure you turn off ‘Image Encryption’ of your EZVIZ security camera: Log in to your EZVIZ App and go to device setting → Look for ‘Image Encryption’ and tap to turn it off.
What’s the difference between SD card and Cloud Storage?
SD card is a local storage tool and you may select a 32G/64G/128G or 256G SD card (sold separately). There is no storage limits for EZVIZ Cloud storage. Each new device comes with a free trial without subscription.
How does EZVIZ protect my video privacy?
EZVIZ adopts Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to encrypt the transmission of data between your devices & the EZVIZ server, and EZVIZ uses end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption to prevent data interception and theft.

Picture is very good the software that can be downloaded from Ezviz makes the camera easy to us. Sound is very clear. Customer service is one of the best I have ever used very prompt replies. Just remember to write down the passwords you use. Set up on PC and phone.
No issues with product but when opened came with EU adaptor, not sure if this was incorrect as only found 1 review that mentioned this, luckily we have spare UK adaptors
I prefer the smaller and can’t rotate model but anyway I bought this due to discount. It is not bad but just quite bulky and I don’t really need the pan and rotate.
This must be an old version of the product. I have all Ezviz cameras and they can all play recorded videos at up to 16 times speed. This camera is like the older ones which I gave away a long time ago. You have to use something called “Lan live view” to play SD card recordings at more than normal speed. It’s OK but disappointing that Amazon still sell them. It never occurred to me that this wouldn’t be a new model.
