Having problems with the radio but unable to contact anybody. Amazon only offer the initial returns policy. After my initial review I needed to update with the following. There is a note on the form which does state that you might have to wait a few days for the reply. On the 3rd day Rimoody support did contact me and did provide excellent help and service, and I therefore would recommend them as a good company to deal with, its not if there is a problem its the willingness to sort it out that makes a company good or bad.
