Play Your Pasta with Tomatoes and Pine nuts

Ingredients for two people:

170 g of Play Your Pasta Garofalo

100 g dried cherry tomatoes

A handful of pine nuts

Basil

Extra virgin olive oil as required

Salt to taste

Method:

In a bowl place the cherry tomatoes and lightly beat them with the edges of a fork, add a drizzle of oil and then mix. Meanwhile cook Play Your Pasta Garofalo in a pot with plenty of salt water and follow the cooking times indicated on the packaging. Add a good handful of pine nuts, oil and salt to the mixture and mix. Allow it to cool and complete the dish with some more pine nuts and a few basil leaves and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Play Your Pasta with Olives and Feta

Ingredients for two people:

170 g of Play Your Pasta

100g pitted black olives

100g feta

Origan Evo oil to taste

Salt to taste

Method:

Cut the olives into thin rounds and the feta cheese into small regular cubes. In the meantime, cook Play Your Pasta Garofalo in a saucepan with plenty of salted water, following the cooking minutes indicated on the package. Pour the ingredients into a bowl and mix the mixture well, adding oregano to taste and extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt. Drain the pasta and let it cool before adding it to the mixture. Add more oregano to taste.

Play Your Pasta with Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 people:

180g Garofalo Play Your Pasta

150g mozzarella, cut into small cubes

100g cherry tomatoes

Extra virgin olive oil /Salt to taste

Basil to taste

Method:

Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the Garofalo Farfalle for 12 minutes, as stated on the pack. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place in a large bowl, adding olive oil and salt to taste. Cut the mozerella into small cubes. Drain the Play Your Pasta well and stir together with the mozerella and tomatoes.

Serve with a few basil leaves and some pepper to finish.

    Ok, so it’s just pasta, but the playstation shapes make it fun! I’d like to say it made me better at gaming but I’m afraid that would be false advertising, however it definitely brings a smile to may face when cooking and eating it.

    Premessa che questa anche la mia pasta preferita insieme alla rummo , l ho comprata solo per la forma “playstation” , rispetto al tempo di cottura indicato forse andrebbe bene tenerla qualche minuto in meno

    Ottima per bambini , ragazzi e adulti che non vogliono crescere

    Avendo in casa appassionati della PlayStation non poteva mancare questa vera chicca…la pasta buona tiene la cottura e dalla caratteristica forma del logo che la rende particolare . Acquistata quando il prezzo era in offerta.

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOrdinato questo tipo di pasta in quanto mi era sembrata molto carina l’idea di creare un tipo di pasta corta che richiamasse i celebri tasti del mondo Playstation. Il sapore ottimo, ma d’altronde parliamo di Garofalo, un marchio che da tantissimi anni noto per la qualit dei suoi prodotti. Ogni pacco contiene 500 gr di pasta ma col prezzo ufficiale onestamente diventa 9 euro al kg, quindi piuttosto dispendioso, considerando che mediamente nei supermercati la pasta di questo marchio (o altri della stessa qualit) si trova sotto i 2 euro al kg. Presa in offerta a circa 2,5euro a pacco gi diventa pi tollerabile, anche perch, ripeto, la qualit della pasta ottima. Insomma, se siete appassionati di videogiochi e ogni tanto volete sfoggiare questo amore per i giochi e per la pasta contemporaneamente compratela senza pensarci troppo, magari sfruttando qualche offerta che spesso viene proposta.
