This was half the price of Fords lead and better quality. Had the 7 Metre one and it’s great. Even comes with a zip up bag to store it and I would recommend to anyone
Perfect length for when reverse parking and the plug is in the front of the car.
We have free chargers at work and mandatory reverse parking. The 7 metre cable is not touching the car while on charge so no scratches.
Cable looks good, not tangling, good diameter.
Looks substantial enough. It is about average as far as price goes…but impossible to pass judgement after just one charge.

Compatible with my BMW 330e.
As it only comes with the mains one, and need to find a Type 2 for charging point/station.
This works well, pretty robust and flexible – 5m is about right, but the 7m you could be go one parking space away.
Also come with a case, and both sockets further protected by silicone caps.
Price wise, quite in line with similar products @ 135, however the BMW own brand is not far off.
The cable is well-made and seems to be very durable. It’s easy to connect to my electric vehicle and has a good range of 5 meters. I also appreciate that it comes with a storage bag which makes it easy to transport and store when not in use. The 1/3 phase mode 3 cable is great for both home and public charging. My only issue is that the charging time is a bit slower than I expected. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable EV charging cable.
The other is in case I replace my home charger and did not want a tethered option.
I am not sure the difference in charge times with the different versions of this cable, but I am pleased with this cable’s performance.
It’s a nice looking cable with shiny bits! A plus point is the quality of the rubber covers for the plug ends. They are much more substantial than my previous cable. This might seem like a minor point but the old one after a year had split due to the rubber being quite thing and water was entering.
Also compared to my prvious cable it does not coil up and tangle itself. Very please and seems better quality than my last one at a very similar price.point.
I’ve got a Model 3 Tesla and it comes with its own type 2 to type 2 cable. However this cable performs equally well. It’s an expensive bit of kit to have but a spare is always useful.
