Arrived with a crack in it don’t really want to use cracked glass on my face it will just grow with time packaging wasn’t damaged and the rest of the items I received in the box were fine so must have been packaged damaged exchange doesn’t seem to be an option so I’ll just get a refund shame because I was looking forward to using this
Edit: customer service contacted me and sent a replacement that is in good condition. I haven’t used it yet so will update to comment on its durability.
I glided this over my face for a min or two whilst I was chatting on the phone. It felt amazing. Beautifully contoured, smooth, and cooling on the skin. Can’t wait to do a proper facial massage with it. It helps reduce puffiness and smooths the skin. I recommend watching some YouTube videos to learn how to use it properly. Love it already!
when i received this tool, i thought it was a bit small but when i started to use it i realised that it was perfect.
it is made from glass so you need to be very careful when handling it!!
overall, i would recommend as it’s great value for your money!
No gua sha was included with the box when I first ordered it. To their credit, the seller proactively reached out and sent through a replacement gua sha within a couple of days. The tool is beautiful, sleek, and feels better quality than many others on the market. Great customer service!
The product had a couple of chips and had finger prints all over. I gave it a good wash and it doesn’t negate from the use of the product but the packaging was really flimsy that I’m going to need to store it in something else as it is really fragile. The product does what it should. It would be better if whoever packaged it made sure they didn’t leave finger prints.
Prompt shipping. Cold at the beginning, but warms up immediately from the hand’s heat. It adds efficiency when I do my face and neck massage in the morning and evening. Love it.
Amazing to use with my facial routine. It’s a lovely size and is so much cheaper than other brands with the exact same quality. Great for lymphatic drainage and to stretch skin around the eyes to create a slight lift and depuff.
