Really happy with performance and value for money…. even though I use interdental brushes it was surprising how much they did not remove.

Flosser did stopped working after a few weeks, but contacted Hangsun customer service who arranged a prompt replacement.

Battery life is great, doesn’t need charging too often. Cleans teeth very well, can be a little harsh on sensitive gums. Not too bulky, decent size and very lightweight too. Very powerful and does the job well.

For someone who dislikes the feeling of traditional floss in my mouth, this water flosser has been a godsend. You can feel it working and you also get the benefit of your gums being massaged by the water jet. For the price this has proved a really sound investment.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have had several of these water flossers and this is definitely the best one so far . The battery lasts quite a long time and is a usb charger so easy to charge . There are lots of different attachments you can use . It’s amazing how many food bits still remain even after brushing well with an electric toothbrush so this flosser just finishes the job really well.

Take care when using this, do not push against teeth, leave a good half cm away and use low or pulse to start. The first use of this was a little painful but it was when the dentist use to do it but as you use it more often and you gums repair it become easier and you feel more fresh with less gum pain and fresher breathe and cleaner teeth spacing. I really like the tooth cleaner on these, they are nice and smooth so i set it on high with warmer water to get rid of coffee stains etc. then rinse with some nice mouth wash

I first saw this advertised for 35 and it had a lot of positive reviews so I decided to buy it and just as I was putting it into my basket the price dropped to 30 (29.99) which I thought was a good deal, so paid at the checkout, same day delivery, The package came well wrapped and packaged. The unit looks fairly strong and well made, I tried it out and it seems to do everything that it is claimed to do, The water jet is powerful and a good range of different nozzle attachments, but the very next day after I ordered this unit the price dropped again to 20. For anyone looking to purchase a water flosser this one is a bargain at only 20. I feel a bit aggrieved that the price had dropped to just 20 the very next day after my purchase, I can’t comment on the battery life yet, but time will tell.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI saw the fairly low price of this product and decided to try it to see if it would improve on traditional flossing.
The irrigator cleans between my teeth extremely well and leaves them feeling great, it’s less painful than floss and has a greater impact below the gum line. The battery seems to last a very long time and the different speeds/pressures allow you to start slow and build up the pressure.
There are some negatives though, it’s noisy and a little bulky. The water runs out fairly quickly so you have to stop and top up and cold water on sensitive teeth can give you a little shock.
Using the product without covering yourself in water is an art and takes some practice!

Overall, the Hangsun Cordless Water Flosser is an excellent investment for anyone looking to enhance their oral hygiene routine. Very happy with this purchase. I researched for so many options for my first water flosser and after going through so many reviews, Im very happy that I bought this one.

It takes some getting used to—in my first sessions using this, I’ve got water all over the place! But eventually, you’ll get used to it and will be better.

The battery also lasts long; I’m close to two weeks now, using this twice a day, and so far, it’s still working perfectly. The water capacity is enough for one cleaning session. This has improved my overall oral health, and I would definitely recommend it!

I have bought a number of these ‘electric water pistols’ and have accepted that I periodically have to buy a replacement, but in this particular case it seems to go on and on.

Anyhow, when you first get this product you will notice that the water squirts all over the bathroom but gradually you will learn to get things under control. Some advice though. I thought my flosser was becoming less effective but then I realised why. In order to stop water squirting all over the bathroom I had developed a technique of keeping some water in my mouth but this reduced the effectiveness of the flosser itself. I have now adjusted how I do things and my bathroom and my teeth are now both happy.

After going to the dentist and my doctor suggesting that I get a water flosser. I looked at other brands, but decided to go with this one based on the reviews. I love it! It makes my mouth feel super clean after each use. I feel an overall difference after using this. The pressure is great and feels great on my gums, at least to me lol, it has three settings so you can choose what is comfortable for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing!

Time will tell how it performs.

Need to properly advise customers how to plug in USB cable. I spent 1.5 hours annoyingly trying to find area to attach. Had to give up and contact Amazon customer service who talked me through. PLEASE advise comprehensively on attached leaflet HOW to achieve this!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is the first waterpik I have owned. I can’t therefore ‘compare’ to any others.

The water tank is good. There are others that hold more water but that would also mean having to hold more weight. It is very quick to fill up a second time if needed. So the water tank is ideal.

This pik pressure can get out chunks of meat stuck between my teeth and from gaps in my wisdom teeth.
There is a soft pressure which is great for the first few weeks. There is a pulse pressure option and a normal option. I fill the tank up, use the pulse around all the teeth, then fill up some more water and do a final ‘normal’ jetwash over the teeth.

The battery can last a long time. But I charge this once every few days. I think it’s best to charge it regularly so you have the top end of power. You can feel a drop in pressure with a lower battery in my opinion.

It is not a travel item, it is a large object. But you can take the nozzle off which makes it easier to carry. It also comes with many spare nozzles and one for the tongue. (I prefer to use my brush for my tongue though)

I will forever remember my first time using this. I could feel AND SMELL the grossness wash out of my mouth! I have a lot more confidence knowing I won’t have smelly breath when speaking to people.

As a user for 6 months, I do recommend it if you’re deciding to make the purchase! It’s hard to go back when you see all the food leave your mouth at the end of the day (and it is quicker than interdental flossing, even though flossing will still be more effective)

I am giving 4 stars overall. It is worth the money (I paid 27.99). I would like to see a better battery indicator. Maybe a nicer feel of pressing the buttons. A final addition would be a gravity ball thing that moves in the water tank as you move the waterpik in other angles, so when the water level is low it’ll still keep spraying.

Note: This is not a substitute for brushing your teeth, it’s something in addition!
Once you get this, it’s hard to go back 🙂 stay hygienic y’all

Powerful Water flosser, I was very surprised how powerful it was. Plenty of attachments so all the family can use which are also colour coded so you know who’s is who’s. Brilliant product only down fall is you use up the water quite quickly so have to refill but overall it’s a brilliant product and well worth the buy

Love this water pick, the one thing that lets it down us, it doesn’t last a full year on the battery side. I’ve had three and decided to try another brand because of this reason.

The length of time between charges is brilliant, but they need to source a longer lasting battery for it to be a brilliant product. I know that it has a years warranty and they will give a replacement, but it doesn’t help when you’re totally reliant on the product.

This was a bit of a risky buy for me because I thought I may still have to use dental floss, since I always get food stuck between my teeth, but I am really pleased so far. It gets the food out and I can feel the pressure as it massages my gums a little. It’s easy to fill and use (but not sure why the two parts come apart since I can use it without dismantling it). As per normal these days, the instructions are pretty much useless and a great waste of paper in multiple languages. But I’m so glad that I won’t be having to throw floss away any more, except perhaps when I go away, since the water flosser is a bit bigger than an electric toothbrush.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI struggle flossing because my teeth because the gaps are very small, so I tried this. On first use I got water all over the bathroom (including the ceiling) but I tamed it! You could remove grout with Normal mode, so I used Soft mode. I found that positioning it and turning it on for quick blast was the most controllable. I can already see it’s way better than flossing, as it removed debris from a scale and polish I had two days ago. Bit uncomfortable to use with very cold water, so will use slightly warm salty water in future (dentist advised salt water over mouthwash). Seems convenient enough to use daily, although the unit is quite big. Great product, does exactly what I wanted. USB cable supplied, but no power adaptor, so you’ll need one of those to charge it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersPurchased this Hangman water flosser after they were recommended by my dental hygienist.
It was very easy to set up and fill and I have not had to recharge from its initial charge which has been 4 weeks.
It did take me a few goes to learn how to not spray myself and half the bathroom and don’t recommend you fill with gold water if you have sensitive teeth. You need to keep your finger on the on/off switch and keep the flosser in an upright position as the water is sucked from the bottom.
I found it difficult to floss behind my front teeth and probably not still fully got it but teeth do feel extremely clean and great for removing debris from the teeth.
The water container is a good size to do your whole mouth but don’t forget to spit.
My gums did bleed at the start getting used to the pressure but definitely prefer and more effective than string flossing.
I would definitely recommend but be prepared to get soaked until you learn to master it, don’t wear your good clothes.

I’ve had this for 21 months now and it’s still working fine. The cap to close the water unit broke off almost straight away, something that has happened to a previous flosser too. For me, the main issue is the spare parts. I have not once needed a new nozzle of which they give you spares. However, what I do need is replacement inner tubes. I just noticed mine is black with mould. Have no idea how long it’s been like that as I keep it stored in the airing cupboard to prevent such build up. Glad the unit is see-through else I wouldn’t have ever known. There is no way to clean it, even with straw cleaners, so I’ll have ti buy a new one.

I have teeth that are literally joint together with no gap whatsoever making flossing quite hard and hurting for me. So I brought this and it’s lived to its hype! I literally felt the water go in between my teeth! At first when I used it it did slightly hurt. If you’re first trying it I would say try it on the slow setting. It made my mouth feel so nice and clean! Would definitely recommend

This is a replacement for a Waterpik I had after the battery started loosing its charge rapidly.

The price of the Hangsun is much cheaper than the Waterpik, the pressure is stronger, the tank is 50ml larger and the port to fill it up is located right at the bottom compared to slightly raised on the Waterpik, thus making it easier to empty.

My only complaint is the periodontal tip which is actually the same connector type as all the other tips (which do fit securely) is very loose and therefore spins on its own which makes it impossible to use.

Annoying rubber plug which is there to protect the charging point should be permanently attached to the body of the product so you can’t loose it. Also should come with a travel case/bag. A bit of a let down.probably wouldn’t of purchased this if i realised this.

Bought this for my daughter to manage flossing with her newly installed wire brace. It took about a week to get the hang of it, to use without soaking the whole bathroom and to no injuring her tongue/gums/or facebut she is there now. It’s fairly good but once a month or so there is a stubborn fibre that it can’t dislodge. So while very good it’s not foolproof. Pack carefully while travelling or other toiletries banging against it in the toiletries bag could get it going

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersI was really impressed with the flosser, which was quite powerful compared to my previous flosser. It took me a couple of days to get used to the extra power, but it was worth it. I use it on soft mode, but there are pulse and normal options too. Water capacity is spot on, just leaving a very small amount in the container as I finish. I used it for around 3 months when sadly it died. The main on/off button stopped working. I contacted customer service and they asked a few questions. I sent a video showing it not working. They sent me a free replacement. No charge, and delivered it to me in 3 days. I am pleased to say the new one is working well. I have rated as 4 stars due to the issue, but cannot fault the service I was given to rectify the problem.
