It is great and I’m sure it would work well… only problem was I found out I really didn’t like being upside down – in any fashion whether a small amount or fully. It was sat in my hallway boxed up for just under a month so I could make space. Then husband made it up and ripped the box and put it in recycling. Unfortunately this meant I couldn’t send it back. So I gave it to my local GP’s surgery for them to use it on patients it would work for during their physical therapy, this way it would be used.
So I cannot fault it, it just didn’t work for me but will work for others now instead. My advice – open it quickly and check you like it without breaking the box.
Unfotunately one of the bolts to screw handle on was shorter than others and was lot long enough . Had to go and buy more bolts as table was 95% built. Sturdy product and easy to assemble and good to use .
I was unsure if hanging upside down would help my lower back aches and pains but it does help me. This sturdy well made equipment which wasn’t that expensive is easy to use for me by myself, l do help my wife when she has a go. My daughter could not get used to it, so not for everyone.

It’s a sturdy product and very wel buoy for the price. It didn’t help me personally, but that is to be expected with some people as inversion tables don’t help everyone. However I’m certain that if an inversion table works for you, this one will suit you perfectly.
