I have been using this product for a while now, what I like about it is there’s 15 active ingredients and I had heard of most of them before! This product is suitable for vegans which is an added bonus. When taking them I found them easy to shallow and there was not a funny taste which you can get with other products like this. I have been using this daily to incorporate them into my morning routine has been good as I want to get the benefits from them. Overall, really good product.
