innioasis 80GB MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi, MP3 Music

I had a few teething problems with the product at first and by working with customer service, we identified the problem to be down to a faulty SD card – which they replaced FOC. The player is now working and doing everything I need it to do very well. I upgraded from 2 very cheap items that didn’t last. Although this was more expensive it does have the feel of a quality product more reminiscent of my old ipod than a cheap Mp3 player. The only slight negative is that the documentation that ships with the product is quite poor. However, this was more than offset by the excellent customer care. They have been extremely responsive and have responded to all my questions and problems clearly and patiently . Throughout the whole experience, I got the feeling that they really cared about their product and my experience of it. I was really made to feel like a very valued customer.

A long term autoimmune disease and multiple medications mean that I sleep badly and am very reliant on radio, podcasts etc that I can listen to without disturbing my husband. Some weeks ago I accidentally put my trusty iPod nano in the wash with our sheets and had to replace it.
This has worked brilliantly so far. It’s sturdy, comfortable in my hand and the charge lasts for several nights. The Spotify app is great and is supplying my podcasts and audiobook, while the radio tuned in to all the programmes that I need without any problems. I’ve not yet tried photos or video.
The sound is fine, but I’m only listening overnight, so I’ve not tested it during the day. And the earphones supplied are adequate for the moment.again I’m not asking for high quality, just clear sound that I can control easily.
Probably expensive for what I want, but it feels as though it’s going to last, so price per use will fall fast. And I bought the little case too so that I can put everything away properly and make sure that this one doesn’t go in the wash!

Item was delivered on time. It is nicely finished, expensive looking. Many apps pre-installed so lots of options. I mainly will use it as a mp3 player. The internal storage has more than enough space for my list of albums. It was supplied with a 64G sd card, so I will be unlikely to require another card. Transferring albums from my computer to the unit was simple and quick, drag and paste.
The sound quality and volume of the internal speaker is about average for the price. Using my Echo Bud and Bluetooth speaker improved them 10 fold.
I am happy with the unit for the price paid.

However it says 80GB but I didn’t know that meant 16 plus a 64GB memory card. I had a card with music on already so I didn’t need it. Some other mp3 players don’t shuffle from the card only main storage but this one does.

Got this primarily for the audible and the high – 1 Tb expansion. Eventually I got the audible app to work-after I told it I was a UK customer .Audible works well. However be aware that not all the 16Gb is accessible and this means , that although the descriptions and icons will be downloaded , the books will have to be selectively loaded as only a few can be fitted into the available memory. This is an audible problem as books cannot be loaded into the expansion SD card.
The audio volume is a problem -I use X-fi and Soundcore cans and its virtually inaudible at max volume an sound cancelling. Even the SonyWF-1000XM3 in ear are only marginally better. However with the addition of Volume booster GOODEV and its equaliser all is now very good. I find the music apps pretty dreadful and not at all user friendly-so I use VLC , Musio and Avee players. The alarm and timer features are also excellent.
