The chair itself is fantastic the tile is perfect and it is actually ergonomic unlike most other chairs available. I was blown away with the quality on the finishes and the aesthetic choice of being able to hide the screws. The only thing that feel short for me is the seat size. It is roughly 5cm smaller than my previous chair and most regular chairs so it feels and looks small. Will need time to become familiar with it but other than that you can’t go wrong with this. 100% worth the investment.
Easy to assemble the chair the instructions are very simple to follow. The chair is honestly very comfortable with setting it up 24 hours ago. I suffer a lot with lower back pain. So was looking for something that gives lower back support. The seat cushion is also very comfortable no issues whatsoever so far.
OK chair, prefer if the lumbar support could be moved back as it takes up a lot of the seat. I use for 8+ hrs on working days without any discomfo

A very sturdy chair.
What I liked was the cushion and how comfortable it was. However, the lumbar supporter was not fitting where it should. When I was sitting 90 my back wouldn’t be filled because the lumbar supporter did not adjust. For future making the back more adjustable where you can change the height and position would be essential and the headrest should go down as well because not everyone has very long neck and yeah. Easy to assemble wasn’t that bad.

The chair comes with a packed set of washes, and screw fixtures with an allen key tool was really good and easy to use. Everything about the packing and wrapping was very well done and thought out to limit any damage during transportation. The quality of individual parts to build the chair were all heavy and of good quality. Additionally, the instructions were clear and plain English.
For me personally, the overall feel when sitting in the finished product doesn’t quite feel as I expected given the good quality of the individual parts but it is still a really good chair and good value. I would certainly use this vendor again.
Straightforward to assemble, but you do need 2 people to hold the pieces in place to make it easier. The parts were all perfectly labelled, you could tell that care was put into the consideration of the consumer that has to put the chair together.
Very comfortable chair and with much more available adjustments. This one, unlike my last chair, actually rises enough to work for me (6’6″) and lowers enough for my partner (5’6″). Unlocked the backrest provides plenty of support even when you lean back.
We purchased this chair a few days ago and cannot be happier with it! Great lumbar support, reclining functionality is superb and the chair is simply comfortable even after hours sitting on it. Assembly was easy and straightforward and took 15-20 minutes or so.
Anyway, I love how comfy it is. Hopefully it will last. I can adjust the height, and incline. Happy so far. And agree that it’s very comfortable.
I love this chair. I have just started a new job where I can work from home. I knew I needed a comfortable chair as my previous work chair caused me a lot of discomfort. I won’t lie, I was quite worried about buying something like this from Amazon and with a limited budget the worry was even more pronounced. Easy to put together, looks a little like a stormtrooper from behind but is extremely comfortable. I thought I might need to work a few hours in the chair before I got uncomfortable and headed to the sofa. But no!!!! All day the chair remains very comfortable. I’m even tempted to ask my boss to buy this chair for me in the office it’s that comfortable. I’m quite a big girl with some health issues that mean I need good support and this chair for me is more than 5 stars.
Switched to this from one of those big gaming chairs and its so much more comfortable. Was easy to assemble, looks great and is sturdy. The only negatives i can really give are it doesnt recline and the minimum height is not very low, luckily the lowest setting is just right for my desk but i can see it causing some people problems. That being said im really happy with my purchase and wish i got one a long time ago.
I have sometimes suffered from sciatica and lower back problems which have developed into a weakened posture as I aged. Previous chairs have not been comfortable despite various adjustments and the addition of cushions. At the age of 76, I even tried a gaming chair but, despite its high back and lumber support, it left me with a hunched back when getting out of it and trying to walk. In contrast, with this new chair, I can find comfort. Although there is provision to decide on a favoured tilt angle and then lock the seat back, I prefer to leave the mechanism free to rock gently while I am thinking between periods of keyboard input. I used the tilt tensioning knob, located under the seat cushion, to calibrate the amount of resistance needed to balance my body weight for when I lean back to relax.
In conclusion, I am delighted with my purchase and fully confident, as the proud owner of what will become a robust and long-lived product.
I purchased this chair recently after researching various other similar chairs. Like everything else there are many many choices out there with chairs going all the way to thousands of pounds. Well, in short I am glad I went with this one. I have been using it for a few days now. It was easy to assemble and build quality is amazing. With adjustable lumbar and neck support which was incredibly important for me. I cannot recommend this chair enough.
This office chair is a such a great upgrade to my old chair that was falling apart and making constant noises every time I moved an inch, it provides plenty of support and comfort without breaking the bank (or your back). This chair offers good lumbar/spine support; a good range of adjustment in height and amount of recline; the overall construction is reasonably sturdy and durable, and the cushioning on the butt and back is soft and comfortable, even after sitting at it for countless hours either working or gaming.
The majority of the chair is made of strong, slightly flexible plastic, and has easily withstood someone of ~115kg (chair limit 150kg) swiping back and forth on it, slumping all their weight down instantly (basically jumping into it), and pushing all their weight on the arms as they adjust to stand up, so I’d say that’s impressive for the price! While is might not be as ‘premium’ as some chairs, as it doesn’t have premium materials, design/embroidery patterns, memory foam, for the asking the asking price, this is a great semi-budget option which offers plenty of adjustment, good back support and is comfortable to sit in for long periods.
The reason I purchased this product initially was to improve my shoulder&neck pain, but I discovered that the neck support has limited adjustment capability, it cannot be moved low enough to support my neck/head as described from the advertisement picture. This would not be an issue if the user is of height more than 170cm in my opinion.
In terms of quality, the holes / slots in the mounting brackets are too large in most cases, I had to purchase and fit larger washers so that the screw head engaged properly.
The roller wheels are nice though and customer service is excellent.

only thing worth considering is the headrest is a little low and probably suits someone < 6 foot tall, but even still it is comfy for me regardless
