I didn’t use to get squirrels, but then I did. They chewed the previous feeders and ate all the seeds. I’m not a fan of grey squirrels, but did like seeing the birds in the garden. This feeder works 100%. The squirrels simply can’t get the seeds.
Great product. Tried to buy again for my son in law but out of stock.
We’ve had great fun watching the squirrels try all ways to get into them and they can’t.
No wasted seed anymore and less mess.

This is a fantastic bird feeder. It holds loads of sunflower seeds, and has squirrels have finally given up trying. The only problem is that the birds are struggling to land on the feeder. I think the rain guard is perhaps about 1inch too low.
I have a large garden with quite a few trees in it, ideal to hang all my bird feeders from. This bird feeder is the best one I have, the squirrel moves from one feeder to another, staying until it’s empty then moves to the next. This bird feeder is a large one, it has been in constant use since arriving, once the birds had got used to it, which took a week but once one bird tried it, they are on it all day, it works brilliantly allowing all the smaller birds to feed happily, anything larger closes the feeding ports, so they leave.. the squirrel cannot get onto it at all so this feeder is the only one in my garden out of ten feeders, to have food still in, thank goodness I purchased this, it is more expensive than the normal bird feeders but it was worth every penny and I did my research and this was the best price for this type of feeder so I am really, really pleased it does the job, and will definitely be buying more.
Bought this to replace one of my old feeders which was heavily modified against squirrels. It is well made and holds a lot of seed. Little birds like it, and so far no squirrels.

Got fed up of a full feeder being emptied daily.
Members of the tit family used it within 5 mins of going out, unfortunately our sparrows appear to be a bit ‘thick’, and still haven’t figured out how to use the perches.
I suspect I received a returned faulty item, as opposed to a new one, so not at all happy with the sender.
1 perch was broken off, no packing in box, NO instructions…all the usual missing.
However, fixed the perch with some epoxy resin.
Otherwise it seems ok.
I wanted to use it straight away, but just be aware of the sellers tactics!
I have another of these very similar which cost 40.
Delighted to get this one so much cheaper. Proper squirrel proof and well made! Will buy another if price stays low.
