I wasn’t holding out much hope of this being any good after having book lights in the past that just never worked.
This was quick and easy to charge and does the job brilliantly.
It has 3 different light settings but so far I’ve only needed to use the first one.
It’s lightweight, clips on easily and is my new favourite thing!
A great little light. 3 settings of brightness, and 2 modes of tone (bright white and a duller sepia). Wonderful for when Im praying the Divine Office at 6am, as it casts perfect light to be able to read while not disturbing the wife next to me.
Love this little light, whether reading my kindle or nipping to the loo at midnight, it is so useful. 3 types of light warmth and intensity. Multi directional and so light it clips to the top or bottom of my kindle. Quick to charge and lasts for ages. Brilliant. My husband even uses it as a shaving light, just clip it to the bathroom mirror.
First time I used I thought it was a bit bright, but you can change the warmth of the light so now is perfect. It holds the charge great as well.
I purchased this book light so I could read my books in the night, after switching the lights off.
Absolutely love it, as it has 3 different modes of light and is also rechargeable.
Charges really quick too.
Clips on extremely well and stays on.
Would definitely recommend 5********.
I love this little light for reading. I’ve avoided reading physical books for a long time because of my eyesight. Finally went searching for a solution on a whim and found this. It’s perfect with 3 settings which all work for me. I can’t put my book down now
I tested it in pitch black because thats what I would realistically be using this for , it lights up both pages when just flimsily positioned and the wire is adjustable to its easy for it to give full light to a specific page of thats a preference. Also works amazing as a bookmark when off if you’re running out of them for you’re current book
For the price its practically unbeatable there’s literally no faults
I still haven’t charged this! I originally brought it as a reading light but im now using it to help change the baby at night as the light can be easily directed. Clips to most surfaces, multifunctional, 3 bright settings and 3 different lights to choose from. When im not so tired i will use as a reading light again!
Hi. I clipped this to a window ledge in a small dark hallway outside the grandkids bedroom so they call find the loo in the dead of night.
The clip/clamp doesn’t open very far so a little tricky attaching it. It has three brightness levels and I used it on the lowest which was more than enough for the purpose.
A doddle to use with a simple push button on top of the light. I got three sleeps out of it before it needed recharged which took about 2 1/2hrs with the cable supplied. I haven’t timed the other brightness levels.
A very useful little light glad I bought it.
Used mainly for microscope and hand lens illumination, but would be great for books with its wide clip, several illumination levels (the brightest being more than adequate), flexible stem and relatively wide beam. Clipped to one of the backs of a hardback book, you could easily read a whole work without having to move this device.
It has more potential uses than the somewhat more compact but more rigid book lights and feels more balanced on a book as the already light weight is mainly in the clip, and so is at book level; the illuminator on the stem essentially weighs nothing. On the other hand, the smaller rigid clip-on book lights might be better for privacy, as they are closer to the page and the beam might not be so broad.
For me, though, this is brilliant.
