my son is just over 3 , he loves it and it keeps him attentive and learning which am very impressed with.
Good easy to follow games which are very informative and educational , controller has large buttons which give ease of use for the little ones
Only flaw is the controller would have a rechargeable battery pack (which am sure would have increased the price)
Bought as a gift for my 3 year olds birthday
The concept is good and the controls seem nice and simple .. However the game itself is actually a little difficult for a 3 year old I’d say it’s more for a 4 year old.. It didn’t stop her having a good old try she just got a bit upset that she couldn’t get all the collectibles etc.
Glad I got it on sale as although it’s good and educational I don’t think it’s worth full price
Bought this as a Christ gift for my 3 year old. Within a week or so he’d mastered the controls. He enjoys playing with it though he did complete all the levels pretty quickly and once you’ve done them you’re basically repeating th same game.
I like this however, I think it can be repetitive and I would have put some other type of variety game in there. Also too much talking for kids I think. My toddler walked of when the letters and shapes stopped her in her tracks and began talking. Otherwise, it’s bright and colourful possibly a bit challenging for under a certain age group. I found some of the jumps complex and I’m an adult.
I bought this for my 3yo but it’s slightly too advanced for her – But my 6yo loves it! She knows her ABCs / numbers already but she absolutely loves the gaming side of it. A very lovely entry into computer games and a great way to get them excited about learning.
I got this for my daughter as she always asks for a PlayStation and I think she’s still too young for one. She tried the leapfrog controller this morning and I was surprised that she managed to play the games. They’re educational and entertaining for toddlers.
Bought for Xmas present. Tried it to see if it works. It’s easy to set up just need to put it in hdmi and usb slots and that’s it. The picture gives an old looking vibe, and it’s a little slow Hoping it will be enjoyed though as the games look great for little ones age 3-5 I would say
I bought this for my 4 year old child. Very pleased with product , games are really good with educational way. So while your child is paying then is also learning the same time. I would recommend it for parents who are tired of child seeing with tablet. This is good version of something different. It is also really easy to take for any trips , the stick you have to plug to TV and it is ready to play.
This is a great toy to introduce a child for their first time using a game pad. Great for their coordination and attention building. Very simple game pad and game play. If your child completes it too quickly it’s probably because they’re too old for it and need something more challenging.
Little boy got this for his birthday and we got it started within 10 minutes of unwrapping. Great introduction to gaming. Super simple for independent use. Learning letters and numbers at the same time is a great bonus
Bought for my 3 year old for christmas and for the price it was really great. No set up needed or account log ins. Just plug in and play straight out of the box. Hours of fun and also they are learning about numbers, letters and shapes in a cool way. Would deffo recommend and for the price was such a good buy.
Bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter she loves it she was able to control the controller well very educational like the fact they have to stop at every letter in the game .vibrant and colorful very engaging my 2 year old grandson joined in my grand children have a good range of leapfrog products but this i must say is one of the best .Fantastic value for money would like them to design one with cartridges so you had a variety of games .
