Lighted Crochet Hook Set, Light Up Crochet Hooks Handle

Nothing to dislike about this product, everything is great. The metal hooks are smooth no rough bits to catch the yarn, can quickly swap them over with a different size hook. The light is perfect and works wonders when using dark yarn. I haven’t used any other hooks since these arrived as they are so comfortable in the hand and also it seems as if I am crocheting faster. Have only charged it up once but it seems to last a long time in between charges. I would definitely buy this one again if I wanted another but it seems quite strong to me. plus the row counter and stitch counter is a bonus. Definitely enjoying these.

This has been such a great help with the light in the hook. Having the stitch and row counter on the base is a great advantage. I also like the fact you can use a normal base for when you are charging the other hook base. It is great value for money with the variety of hook sizes. Easy to swap hook sizes, with the tools provided. The case is great to keep everything together and everything having a place in it. I do find when crocheting with some yarn the hook gets quite squeaky.

I bought a friend something similar for last Christmas. She said they were very good to use, so I decided to buy a set for myself. Just need time to start crocheting again.

These hooks are genius, the light at the top make crocheting dark yarns or at night so much easier. However, they don’t hold the yarn very well, it keeps coming off the hook easily which is annoying. I think they are ok for special cases when light is not ideal but they are not for every day use, for that I will stick with my metal set.

I purchased this type of crochet hook set because i previously purchased 2 individual light up hooks a year or so ago from a different company and they was about 10 each give or take a couple of pound on each and which is not rechargable but use replacable batteries incidentaly and when i spotted this little amazing complete set of light up hooks that has a rechargable handle i immediatly thought yes im ordering a set of these and i am glad i did. Not only was the set very resonable in price the delivery was very very quick and once i opened the zip up little folder case they come in i thought they looked well made and set out very good and it was the complete set with tools and usb cable and instructions so this set is as it says it is. I first used them later that night and not inly are they very comfortable in your hand, they are light to hold for ages and the 2 different light settings are both very good for any crochet needs and different coloured wool. Very easy to use and operate and to recharge and also easy to change hook sizes with the tools provided. It does have a very slight squeek from certain wool or yarn you use but it might be as the weather is warm and holding the wool warms it up but this didnt put me off using them because they are plastic and was already aware they made a slight noise against the wool and yarn used but nothing distracting or off putting and in actual fact after a while you dont realy notice the slught noise from the wool rubbing against the hooks. The best festures with this set of light up crochet hooks apart from the price and ease of use etc is definitly the recharge speed as it only takes approx 15mins for the unit to recharge fully and charge lasts a few hours but that will depend on how long you switch it on for and use per crochet session. The set can also be used without switching the light on so its a win win all around. I highly recommend any crochet lover buy and try this set because not only is it cheaper in price than alot of other similar sets from other companies it does just the same thing as more expensive sets and is well presented. I cant fault this item at all give them a go and see for yourselves. 2 thumbs up and five stars all around.
