   The steps to disassemble the floating disk are as follows.

   Open a little gap of the seam between the two pieces of the floating disk.

   Gently slip a tool（e.g. table knife）in the seam.

   Slowly pop it open and clean with water or put it on upper rack of dishwasher.

How often should the water bowl be cleaned？

We recommend to clean the bowl at least twice a week. Of course, you can always clean it if you feel dirty.

How to take the floating dish apart quickly for cleaning.

We recommend using a tool （like table knife）to open it. Gently slip around in the seam and then widening the seam should make it easier to open.

What to do if water go inside the floating part？
