Please note

Before shipping, we will test the product for quality and signal to ensure that it is functionally intact. If you cannot receive the signal after installation and use, please exclude the following situations:

1.Please check whether the GPS antenna interface is connected well and whether the connector is loose.

2.Please check whether the front side (black plastic shell) of GPS is facing upward and skyward, and whether the back side is facing downward (font facing downward).

3.Please check whether there are interference sources, such as explosion-proof metal film attached to the glass, other metal objects, video cable, power cable and other installed electronic instruments.

4.Please move the antenna to several more locations for testing, such as the A-pillar, the lower right corner of the front windshield, the roof of the car, and the upper right corner of the sight glass. It is best to test in an open area.
