Easy to use for candle making, takes on colour and scent well and is of course must helathier than burning parafin wax. Burns well, lasts I’d say the same amount of time as you’d expect from a parafin candle. The cost of a big bag like this is less than you’d pay for a single candle in a shop and you can make many candles from this bag.
This wax is just perfect. I tried dosen of wax but that is just nice, easy to use for beginner or prof. My first order was last year and I ordered again, I will definetely reorder when it is finished.
Good quality, I am still using for my candle also I never get compliment from my clients so far.
Don’t matter bad review but temputare is very important! If you wanna making a good candle then google it 🙂
Perfect wax for a beginner like me. I used a couple of old red Yankee spiced candle stumps to colour and perfume my candles. It all melted down really well and set completely within a couple of hours. I made 6 teacup candles for Christmas presents. . They all set pale pink and look beautiful . We tried one last night and it burnt beautifully with a lovely light spiced fragrance. There is masses of wax left, so really economical. I will order another 2 kilos in the new year.
No smell or mess in the kitchen either.
I made my own double pan, one old large pan and one smaller one to fit inside it. I melted the wax over a pan of gently simmering water and poured it when it was 50c . I used an old jam thermometer. Helps to have a silicone mat to put the candles on to set, because any drips can be peeled off and reused.
I am new to candle making, and I really enjoy it. I started off with Parafin Wax although it does solidify well, I found that it did cause a lot of shrinking and expanding and dips near the wicks and holes. With this eco soy wax I have just poured the wax and it was so easy, without the need to keep melting it down to adjust holes and wicks.
I am not sure how long the curing time would be for soy wax, as parafin Wax Candles i make in the evening and leave to set overnight.
I was told that the vanilla scent I used with Soy wax gave a more creamier smell, more like vanilla ice cream. So all round I am happy, and would purchase it again!
Would have given more stars but lost out due to a better price / size. I was pleased with all other aspects of this candle wax and if price were better would buy more. I would advise that buying larger quantities is the better option, but if you only need a couple of kg’s then this is good.

These wax pellets are very easy to use and melt quickly.
Readily absorbs dyes and essential oils.
I had no issues with shrinkage or frosting as it cools in jars or moulds for pillar candles.
