I selected this device to control my CNC machine. Initial software with associated modules/interface installs had driver issues under Windows 11 22H2. Upon support request from the supplier, they forwarded a link to the necessary device drivers and the PC appears to be functioning as required, however necessary updates to my applications will have the final answer.
As I upgraded my applications there were still some drivers which would not update, however I also installed a scanner from Fortect which upgraded all the necessary drivers.
My machine is now working just fine.
I was a little apprehensive at first being so small and modern. I have been using an ancient huge tower with Windows 7. I should not have worried. The computer arrived early very well packaged and with English instructions. Only 10 minutes to set up and such a fast start, wonderful. Things have changed over the years so a bit of learning to do. Windows 11 pro seems to be very good but I will have to buy a learn Windows 11 for seniors book to come to terms with the modern world, I go back to Windows 2 and 3.

We experienced an instability issue with 1 off this i5 model NiPoGi mini PCs and a different issue with a lower spec model. Customer service on the 2nd issue has been great (much better than the 1st time round). I now have 2 fully working instances of this i5 model and am about to purchase 3 more as they are small, powerful and great value for money!
Am very pleased with this, it’s fast and has plenty of storage. One issue is I have yet to be able to make the finger print reader work, have enabled in the bios but no joy.
This is my new computer that I bought on Prime Day and I love it. It’s only small (approx. 6×6 inches square and about 2 inches deep) but it makes up for ,it’s size by it’s performance.
It was delivered on time, very well packaged.
Once unpacked it was really easy to set up as the Windows 11 starts running immediately and I had my old files on a separate disk and they were easy to transfer. Up to now I have been delighted with. the performance as it boots up immediately you switch it on and files and programmes open immediately you click on them and sound and picture quality are excellent. I am a happy bunny!
It seems to be working ok. Worked out of the box ,so far so good . Only just set it up. On 5.6.23
I am gaining quite a bit more power in memory and ram.
Had to get myself a guide to windows 11. Its fast and so far reliable .
Sure beats making the dwarf dance in Radio shack in the 80.s.
I just hope it will be a good machine .
Its well packed and presented , don’t know about the aftersales but if its as good as the product seems we should be ok.

One of the things that impressed me the most about this mini PC is that it comes with the original version of Windows 11 Pro (I checked the license). I was a bit sceptical about whether the computer would come with an authentic version of Windows, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it did. I’ve tested it and it has held up well without any freezing or lag… impressed with its speed and smooth operation. The mini PC has 4 USB ports and 1 USB-C port, which have been convenient for connecting multiple devices. I appreciate that it has a variety of ports, which allows me to connect my external hard drive, printer, and other peripherals without any issues.
One of the most impressive features of this mini PC is that it supports up to three screen monitors. The computer has 2 HDMI and one VGA port, which allow me to connect multiple monitors for increased productivity. This has been a game-changer for me and has really increased my workflow. I can easily switch between multiple programs and tasks without having to constantly minimize and maximize windows.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. While it may not be a premium product like the Mac mini, it’s still an excellent choice for someone who wants a Windows-based computer without breaking the bank. The mini PC is affordable, reliable, and packed with features that make it a great value. After a few weeks of testing, I would like to add that the wireless signal is not effective, and the connection drops frequently. However, this issue can be resolved by adding a Wi-Fi dongle or using a network cable. Additionally, this computer is definitely not recommended for gaming. Lastly, for better performance, I would recommend upgrading the SSD storage.
