    This is the only nasal spray I could find that didn’t have Benzalconium Chloride in, as I react to that. Quite strong menthol smell but that dissipates quickly. I use it just at night as my nose gets stuffy when I lie down. Keeps my nose clear all night with just 1 spray in each nostril. Really hope they don’t discontinue it.
