The integrated cables and number of sockets are a very good feature, given the variety of devices and the uselessness of the device if you forget one. I kept my iphone 11 pro Max,charged up for 5 days, with full phone charge to start and 60% at the end, with regular browsing some short video watching, messaging and phone calls. If you use it for regular streaming long Videos or GPS mapping intensive, you would need to find a socket quites a bit sooner, based on my observations, also seems to be more charge in the first 40% than the last. Based on a couple of weeks use.
