Q1: Why did the water pump stop working?
Due to pet hair or food residue in the water pump, lead to pet fountain stop working. After taking out the impeller for cleaning, it can work normally.

Q2: Why is the sound of running water louder than before？
The water level is too low. Please add water.
Impeller retains debris, such as pet hair, residue. Disassemble the pump to clean it.
Q3: How often to clean the pet fountain?
We recommend cleaning once every two weeks. Benefificial to the health of the pet water, while ensuring the normal operation of the product.
Q4: How often should the fifilter be replaced?
To keep the water fresh, we recommend replacing the fifilter element every 2 weeks.

So far my cats have enjoyed using this. Better than the plastic fountains that limescale builds up on and is hard to remove. This is so much better even if I had to pay a little more for it then what I did for the cat mate fountains
Steel water fountain for cat looks so cool and clean with its design it’s easy to see the water level such a helpful quality. It was easy to assemble and can hold up to 3 ltr water.
My cat absolutely loves this fountain, she never used to drink water very often now shes always at it. My kitten on the other hand likes to drink from it too, but just wants to play with it all the time she will drink from it for a bit then put her paws in the bowl then drink again then swat the water coming out the tap. Overall both cats love the fountain so I would definitely recommend
Most PERFECT water fountain for your cat. My cat will go INSANE if she doesn’t have this, had to get her another one bcuz she uses it too much, best thing ive ever boughten. Rlly quite and calm sound i love it too. Not even messy.
Like the stainless steel is cleanable and doesn’t stain. I really like that it’s not tip-able! And holds a lot of water! It also has filters to keep their water clean.
Lo recomiendo totalmente. Es de acero inoxidable, mantiene el agua fresca, fcil de lavar y a mi gatita le encant. He comprado otros de plstico pero sin duda volvera a comprar este producto.
