10/10 customer service. The first treadmill I received made quite a racket and kept getting stuck, I sent a video of the treadmill to their email and asked if they could assist me on fixing it, they at first thought it may be the belt and they directed me in adjusting it, but after no improvement and a few more videos being sent through they realised it was the motor. They immediately sent me a new one which arrived very quickly and I’ve had absolutely no issues with the new one. All of the emails they sent me were very polite and kind and they even checked in with me once I received the new one to make sure everything was okay! The walking pad itself is great! Great speed, it comes with oil and an Allen/Hex key and it’s quiet too, its quite heavy but it has wheels on one side and for someone who is extremely unfit I was still perfectly okay getting it up the stairs with a bit of tugging and pulling haha. Would definitely recommend just for the customer service alone.
I bought this in the summer along with a rising desk to try and increase activity while I spend much of my time in front of a monitor. I had spent quite some time doing my homework before purchasing and felt this was the best for me in terms of what i wanted it for and value for money. Easy to get started and move about if I want it out of the way.
After a few months I had a problem… it stopped working and an error code popped up. The customer service was great. The tech team reviewed and in the end they replaced the treadmill. Very helpful and prompt customer service. Had the replacement up and running in no time. Very happy both with purchase and after sales service.
I had a problem with my first treadmill as there was a loose wire, the team here couldn’t do enough to help and had a replacement sent out to me the next day.
This home treadmill is just perfect for me on my weight loss journey. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and off I went. It tells you how long you have been exercising, speed, distance and calories burnt. I do it whilst watching TV. After I’ve finished, I just push under the bed until next time! Saves you having to leave the house, especially during the winter months which are fast approaching. Highly recommend this product.
Be careful when unpacking it’s heavy and the lubricant can cause slip hazards on your floor. Protect your floor by purchasing the floor protection matt.
There’s a fixing for the controller that has to be attached to the machine. DON’T! HAHAHA I almost fell trying to use it. I found it best to just hold it in my hand or if you have a hip height table close to the machine you could lay it there. But bending down while machine is in motion is not a good idea for someone my age.Still laughing at how I ended up hahaha I also slipped on my laminate flooring, I think I might take up skating as I have discovered I am good at it. This machine will have us all laughing on glum winter months.
Easy to use, very easy to hide away, great price, quick delivery, i had a little issue with a creaking noise but the customer service person, Christine was brilliant, went above and beyond.
Realigning the belt is easy.

Seriously love this and addicted to it. I have had it over a month and it has worked without issue. Use it every day in two one hour bursts. Just stick some programme on the telly and walk away. Gets my steps in and have made it into my routine, makes me feel the better for it. This will not magically make you lose pounds as you need to combine with a diet if that’s your goal. Overall cost per use has been real value for me. Looking forward to using it over the winter months. It fits under my sofa but the bulky counter bit sticks out so it might go right under if you have a sofa with taller legs. Btw this has no incline function. You can get the speed up which I have gradually increased so am walking at a pace where I cannot talk. Approximately 5000 steps per 40 mins as per my stride. I wear size 4/5 shoes so plenty of space to walk for me but might be difficult for someone with much bigger feet.
My home office sessions have certainly been given a healthy upgrade. The adjustable speed, along with the LCD display, allowed me to stay on track with my fitness without disturbing my workflow. The motor was both effective and quiet – there was no need to crank up my music or conference call volume. The non-slip belt was soft on my joints, easing my usual aches from long walks.
When I wanted to switch rooms, the treadmill came along effortlessly thanks to the transport wheels. It’s definitely given my sedentary lifestyle a positive turn.
My wife works from home and likes to go for a walk in her dinner break but sometimes the weather does not allow this. This Treadmill is perfect for us because it can be hidden away under out couch and just slid out when we need to use it.
The treadmillnis very easy to use and the included remote control makes it even easier to adjust your speed. The speeds range from slow walk to medium paced jog which is absolutely perfect t for our needs.
It’s nice and quiet during operation too so we won’t disturb each other or out neighbours when working out.
The Treadmill even comes with Bluetooth speakers built in so you can connect your phone and have music playing during your workout.
