These gloves arrived beautifully packed in a sturdy packaging. These are an ideal gift for any gym user. Gloves are very important especially when working out or lifting weight to avoid injury or chafing of the skin. These gloves protect the hands when I lift weights because I was having wounds and irritation due to not wearing gloves.
The good thing is that it has a strap so they can be fitted and adjusted accordingly.
Highly recommended
Perfect for starting weight lifting as part of my daughter new gym rountine. worried about get callouses on her palms, and these padded velcro gloves have helped straight away.
Very pleased and will be getting a further pair as a spare
I really like the style of these gloves. They’re well made, but not at a very high standard, although the quality is good enough that they survived unscathed after being machine washed at 30c and dried in the tumble dryer. I really like the design of them. They have been cut and sized well, so they fit my little hands perfectly; I ordered the small size of them. The material is lightweight on top, like a jersy type of fabric, and the fabric on the palm is soft with thick padding, and it has a long velcro strap to adjust to various sized wrists. Overall, I think they’re worth the current 14.99 price tag that they’re selling for.
Fit, Comfort & Design:
These gloves give a snug [but comfortable] fit, effortlessly accommodating both smaller and larger hands. Despite their close fit, they’re easy to remove, thanks to the finger loop. I opted for the classic black and in a weeks usage, it still holds up!
Grip, Support & Functionality:
Their grip enhancement has been a game-changer in my sessions. The adjustable wrist support adds to the stability, and the silicone grips on the palms have been invaluable. An unexpected bonus? Their sweat-wiping capability.
Build, Durability & Value:
While I noticed minor stitching irregularities, the overall durability is commendable. They’re easy to clean and offer brilliant value for their quality.
Overall Impact:
Beyond the improved workouts, the gloves have significantly reduced callouses on my hands, ensuring both a better grip and smoother skin. This was the main reason I chose this item and it has worked very well in reducing the number of tough spots on my hand!
I am impressed with these gloves. The quality seems very good and as you can see from the close up, there were no frayed edges or loose threads etc.
The wraparound support was brilliant when lifting weights. It actually made the lifts easier and reduced joint strain, even activities such as pull ups felt easier and more controlled.
Overall I really like the gloves and can definitely recommend them. I have used cheaper alternatives in the past, but these are well worth the little extra.
Have used these gloves for cycling as mentioned in the product description. The main glove is good for this and is comfortable with nice surface finish. The weight lifting support is however a bit too much when cycling with too much support.
Also the gloves both have a tab across the middle fingers designed for easy removal…however this did keep hooking over the end of the brake level when cycling so may need to be cut off..
I’ve used these gloves in the gym a few days now. As a consistent gym goer and weightlifter my grip strength is something that does limit my lifting abilities. Using these gloves helps with that for sure. The cushioned pads allow for a comfortable holding of weight, and I can also use these gloves to practice my pull ups too.
One other thing I like about these gloves is the ability to pull them off without any unnecessary tugging, also considering the fact that they’re snug means being able to take them off easily is a plus. I also have small wrists and was able to tighten the wrist strap quite a bit which means they aren’t so loose that they’ll move about. A good fit and true to size I’d say.
A small issue that might not affect their use but I thought I’d mention anyway is that the stitching of the gloves isn’t completely neat- you can see so in my pictures around the finger area and near the wrist. There are some stray threads however they do the job and are at a good price point.
Great bear’s paw-shaped gloves with a palm pad and gecko-patterned silicone, an ergonomic grip for a secure hold. Fit great, work well and feel secure for weights-lifting and strength exercise. Amazing design as well. definitively recommend!
This is a review of the TRENDOUX Gym/Weight Lifting Gloves. Size: XL
I have large hands, and I rarely find a pair of gym gloves that fit me AND are easy to remove. Happily, these fit comfortably, and by using the attached finger loop, I can remove them easily (I usually have to turn such gloves inside out to remove them).
The wrist strap is sturdy and adds support to the wrist as you’d expect, and there’s enough of a connection with the Velcro to ensure it stays secure throughout your workout.
The gel padding isn’t too thick but does a good job. It also has a textured pattern to aid grip.
The material that makes up the body of the gloves is thinner than I’m used to, and it has some give, but I’m not saying that’s a negative, as it may be part of the reason they’re a bit easier to remove. There’s also a closed cuff, but a section of elasticated material allows the cuff to expand enough to get your hand in easily – and bear in mind I’ve got meaty fists, so I can’t imagine anyone would struggle to get these on unless they had hands like Andre the Giant.
Overall, these are fit for purpose, and the XL pair are generously sized. The grip and padding add a degree of comfort, and the wrist strap stabilises the wrist when lifting heavier weights. I’m giving them a 4/5 for now and will update after I’ve fully battle-tested them in the gym for a month. So far, so good.
