I wanted to buy a new pair of headphones for someone as the previous ones I was buying didn’t last very long. The package arrived early and since using it, I cannot see any problems. The mic works really well as does the sound quality so I am really happy with the purchase especially given the low price.
I’m really impressed with the Trust Gaming GXT 415 Zirox . The headset has 50mm drivers that provide crystal clear sound, making it perfect for gaming. The 2m cable gives me plenty of room to move around and the foldaway microphone makes it easy to use for both gaming and chatting. The 3.5 mm jack is also great for connecting to my PC, Xbox, PS4, PS5, Switch, and mobile devices.
The headset has a lightweight design that makes it comfortable to wear for long periods of time, even during intense gaming sessions. The over-ear design also helps to block out any outside noise, which is great for a more immersive gaming experience.
Arrived well packaged and with fast delivery a good working gaming headset.
It has folding microphone and it’s compatible for ps4/ps5, xbox, PC, mobile as it comes with 3.5mm jack, and a 2m long cable.
The sound is excellent and the cups over the ear are very comfortable.
The headband it’s adjustable.
Are easy to use, just plug and play, great design, lightweight and cheap for this great quality.
I would highly recommend it.
The headset is made of plastic, but it feels well-built and doesn’t feel cheap. The ear cups are soft and padded, and the headband is adjustable. I can wear the headset for hours on end without any discomfort.
The sound quality is good for the price. The 50mm drivers produce clear and balanced sound, with decent bass response. I can hear all of the important details in my games, including footsteps, gunshots, and explosions.
The microphone is also decent. It’s not the best microphone I’ve ever used, but it’s good enough for communicating with my teammates in online games.
This cross platform headset is such great value.
The sound quality is decent, you’ll get better at a higher price but for the price it’s very good.
They are comfortable to wear, have a nifty volume control and look good too.
I’ve only used these with a PS5 plugged into the controller so my review is based solely on that.
Physically the headphones are mostly good quality. The casing is nice, solid and smooth and the ear pads and head pads are decent and soft. The controls are a little cheap feeling but work well. The microphone sticks out at an odd angle but works well.
They are very comfortable and can easily be worn for hours. They have an adjustable headband to fit most sized heads.
The microphone can be tucked away when not in use and turned off with a switch near the volume control.
The sound quality is reasonable but the volume was fairly low, this may be partially due to my using them through a game controller.
To be clear these can only be used as wired headphones so don’t have Bluetooth or batteries.
At the time of review these were about 15 with a discount which they are easily worth.
Switched on, ears enveloped in cushioning, I sank into an auditory realm where every footstep and whisper was discernible. However, as hours turned into days of use, the lightweight aspect became more apparent — the comfort endured. A detail that perhaps distinguishes itself quietly is the adjustable headband. While it doesn’t scream innovation, it acknowledges that one size doesn’t fit all, which is comforting to someone with a rather petite head. Now, turning towards the microphone, it folds away neatly, a feature that sounds simple but negates the constant swinging and adjusting when not in use.
Being aurally versatile is important. Volume control is available right at your fingertips, which is liberating in those instances when the world needs to be silenced or amplified immediately. The one thing to be cautious about is that the higher volume can lead to a slightly muddy audio profile.
As someone who plays across various platforms, the compatibility didn’t disappoint. Nevertheless, it’s a point to note that those looking for game-specific sound customization might find this limiting.
This is a great budget set of headphones. My son uses them for his Nintendo switch and he finds them comfortable even over a prolonged period of wear. He especially likes the little wheel for the volume control. The sound quality and mic are good and the set appears sturdy. Good value for money!
