Really good vacuum cleaner, it works really good on the carpet and on the normal floor, good suction and easy to use on the stairs, the battery is enough to clean the whole house at once. Now it s my son s favorite toy in the house
This was basically a replacement for a amazon basics vacuum which was fantastic and gave years of service and probably still will up stairs. As we wanted another one for down stairs. It’s OK but not as good quality as the amozon pne but irs OK as working well but has to be recharged every day. But that could be because we use it all the time
So easy to take apart and keep clean. Thanks to excellent video, that is in the listing. We clean our entire house in 25 minutes, no dragging a large unit behind you. It cleans carpets, hard floors, tiled floors and stairs perfectly, just remember to empty it on a regular basis, which again, is super easy, with one button and its done. We cant praise this hoover enough. Just perfect! Arrived very quickly too.
I really like this cordless vacuum, it has a ton of power and is super lightweight and easy to maneuver. We have 3 dogs (so much dog hair) and this gets everything cleaned up quickly- carpet, hard floor, couches, and dog beds! The battery life is great, I’m really pleased.

Having dogs and cats in my house and a combination of flea infestation. With the correct attachment I vacuumed the dog hair daily and used the thinner attachment to get into all crevices and edges of the floor. Week later no more flea bites.
The suction power and ease of disposing from collection chamber was simple.
Next use will be on my SUV.
Highly recommend having one in household.
Cleaning every part of the vacuum filter system is easy and straightforward. Compared to the dyson v7.
I would highly recommend this vacuum.
Good product Much better than my old corded. Lightweight, easy to use and appears to pick up much more dust from the carpet.
BAD NEWS
Had a problem with the battery. Even brand new did not last anything like quoted but lasted long enough so did not complain. After a month or so the battery gave up. 24 hour charge for two or three minutes running.
** GOOD NEWS **
Contacted customer support who were excellent. Within 24 hours the faulty battery was identified and a replacement was dispatched free of charge with no quibble. Sadly the dispatcher messed up and the battery did not arrive. Contacted the dispatcher who’s AI (Artificial Ignorance) system told me the parcel was “being held at my local depot” (presumably lost or damaged) but unfortunately no method of getting it released and no human to speak to. Contacted customer support again who dispatched a second battery the same day. This one arrived within a couple of days and the machine has been working perfectly since.
IN CONCLUSION
I would recommend this product as both the product and the UK service team are very good. My only recommendation is that they use a different courier for spares with a human somewhere in the system to sort out any problems.
The cordless hoover is great! I have two kids & two cats and it hoovers all their mess up without a problem. Tried it out on my car mats and was impressed. So much easier to grab this, rather than my corded hoover (which I kept, as I was doubtful).
The kids use the hoover as well, they don’t have to carry a heavy hoover around.
It is easy to use and operate, the suction power is relatively strong, you can adjust the suction power up and down, it is very light to hold, there are three conversion heads, which can suck different corners, the vacuum cleaner can be stretched and shortened, don’t worry about back pain, it is very economical with it Time, and it does not take up space, it is perfect, it is worth recommending to friends around, and the price is favorable.
