The Venture Stride lightweight baby stroller arrived quickly and was packed neatly in an original box. I bought it to replace our old pushchair which broke during our holiday trip and I needed a replacement pushchair quickly, which fortunately for us has now become our main pushchair. It comes in taupe colour.It is very lightweight – 7 kg. it has 5-point harness build in to keeps your baby secure. Theres also lockable foot brake which comes with all safety standards. The stroller is fully adjustable with plenty of options for comfort. With adjusting the brackets it can be lay flat to allows for comfortable sleep position. It has a foot rest as well that allows younger kids to sit with legs resting over there.Basket underneath the seat will fit all needed bits and bops for stroll.The best option that i found comfortable for myself is one handed folding and unfolding which makes my life easier. It’s really easy to manoeuvre around with baby inside. It has a great quality for the value and i am more than happy to git it a great recommendations.
On-the-go ease! Venture Stride’s one-hand folding stroller is a parent’s ally. Safety-certified and suitable for 0-36 months, its compact design in light grey makes it a stylish and practical choice for busy families.
This is a great lightweight and easy to manoeuvre buggy, suitable for children from birth (you can lie your baby down absolutely flat) to 36 months (upright five-point harness). It’s practically ready out of the box (you need to add the wheels which takes 30 seconds) and it’s good to go.
Like most harnesses, there is an (easily learned) sequence to lock the harness but it seems unnecessarily complicated (I needed to show my parents a few times how to lock the harness when they took baby out for a stroll). But once you know how it’s done (remember which buckle goes on top of the other buckle) it’s easy enough to do although you still need to use two hands to do it.
I liked that the buggy is waterproof and easy to clean. There’s a magnetically sealable mesh peephole so that you can see baby whilst pushing the buggy from above, and the sun/rain hood is of course practical in British weather. I also liked the storage space underneath the buggy – useful for the multitude of “bits” that accompany every journey with a little one. There’s also a built-in pocket, and the option to add a footmuff or rain cover (not included).
However, there are a few considerations – not every buggy is for every person. This folds fairly compact, but not ultra compact; it won’t fold down compact enough to bring on in hand luggage on a plane for example, like some other models.
The close / open mechanism is a little stiff. You do work out your own tricks to make it open a little easier, but there were times that “slide and press” needed a few attempts and a wiggle to get it to open (and a click which made me worry that I might have been breaking it). And finally the paint on one of the support bars was scratched. Whether it arrived this way, or if it happened in open/closing is hard to tell (I noticed the damage within 10mins of taking it out of the box). Yes, it will get certainly take its share of knocks, but annoying to be scratched so early on.
Overall, I do like this buggy. The “considerations” I’ve written about above are annoying, but are also quickly forgotten about two weeks down the line. And at 100 at time of review, this is great value for a buggy of this quality.
It can be folded with one hand, but you may have some difficulty opening it. Maybe it can be opened and closed more easily with more use. I had a hard time. This is a very important feature for me. Most of the time I have to use it with one hand. It is nice to drive it. Its fabric, body, and wheels are made of quality and light materials. It takes up very little space when folded. There is a five-point seat belt. The storage basket is the ideal size to put your belongings in.
I ordered this stroller, and it offers several appealing features that are worth highlighting, especially for a midrange stroller.
To begin with, the quality of materials used in this stroller doesn’t feel cheap; it exudes a sense of robustness with good quality plastics. The fabric’s tactile feel is pleasant and the padding is great, which makes it really comfortable.
One standout feature is the ability to fold it down with just one hand, a useful feature which I have used multiple times when juggling various tasks and having my hands full.
The stroller’s suspension system is impressive. It handles various terrains, from pavements to trails and even grass, with ease. This versatility is a significant plus for me when going on outdoor adventures with my little one.
The inclusion of a storage pocket on the bottom is handy, providing space for carrying a few essential items or shopping, making it convenient for me on my daily walks.
Overall, It’s a solid midrange stroller that provides comfort and convenience for both parents and their little ones.
The stroller isn’t as lightweight as I thought it would be, it’s actually surprisingly sturdy. It is foldable and easy to pack and it doesn’t take up a lot of space which I really appreciated. The adjustable back was nice, so the seat is suitable for other positions too not just fully straight. It does of course have a harness which can be used to safely strap in the little ones. However, I think the aesthetics and the practical design took precedence over comfort as it doesn’t look as plush or inviting as some other strollers.
This is a great lightweight buggy as long as you realise you are trading some robustness in favour of portability.
It’s incredibly straightforward to assemble, with it largely being one large piece just needing the wheels attached.
Once assembled it’s really simple to fold and unfold and is lovely and compact when folded. It’s all very simple and makes it a great option for travel.
The seat seems comfortable enough and has a nice strong harness. It can be tilted back to allow for a “sleeping” position. The basket underneath is a relatively decent size all things considered and is thankfully easy to get things in and out of.
Due to the lightweight nature of the buggy it definitely doesn’t feel particularly sturdy. I have gotten a wheel stuck in a crack on a few occasions which made the whole thing jerk and felt at risk of breaking. It’s not a massive concern just something to be aware of dependent on where you intend on using it.
Overall though it’s a great portable buggy for a really reasonable price.
Pros:
*Super lightweight and easy to manoeuvre when out and about, even with one hand.
*Easy to collapse and even carry with one hand.
*Collapses down quite small, which allows for more boot room in the car.
*Nice size for taking on the bus without being too big and complicated.
*Simple and easy to lower down and put down into the flat position for when they are sleeping, without waking them up. Also able to adjust the foot setting.
*Nice size basket underneath for storage (but does have a weight limit).
*Love the colour.
*Peak vent up the top so you can keep an eye on your little one.
* Nice price for the quality.
Cons:
*It is lightweight, so make sure to counterbalance everything or expect it to fall backwards, especially when taking your little one out
*There isn’t a setting that allows the pram to sit fully forward, which was disappointing as my little one is nosey and now sits forward himself so he can see more.
*Only has a 15kg weight limit, which means you might not get as much use out of it.
*Although great for towns and more paved areas, it isn’t the best if you have any rough and bumpy terrain.
The Venture Stride Lightweight Baby Stroller is a reliable and convenient solution for parents in need of a versatile, compact, and safe stroller. Here’s my review of this baby stroller:
Pros:
One-Hand Folding: The one-hand folding feature makes this stroller exceptionally convenient for parents who often find themselves multitasking. It’s quick and easy to fold down for storage or transport.
Compact and Portable: This stroller is designed to be lightweight and compact, which is ideal for on-the-go parents. It’s easy to maneuver in tight spaces and is great for travel.
Safety Certified: Safety is a top priority for any parent. This stroller is safety certified, providing peace of mind that your child is secure during rides.
Suitable for Various Ages: The stroller is suitable for babies aged 0-36 months, which means it can grow with your child and adapt to their needs over time.
Reclining Seat: The seat can be adjusted to different reclining positions, providing comfort for your child during naps or when they want to sit up and explore.
Cons:
Lack of Extra Features: Some parents might miss additional features such as cup holders, storage pockets, or a canopy with better coverage. This stroller focuses on simplicity, which can be a positive or a drawback depending on your preferences.
Limited Terrain Compatibility: While this stroller is great for city and urban use, it may not be the best choice for rough or uneven terrain due to its smaller wheels.
This little pushchair does nothing but impress straight out of the box. It was very easy to flip out almost doable with one hand. once in position the pushchair looks really good. All of the materials are of a nice colour and quality and the wheels and handle all feel much more expensive than they are, the pushchair itself is very lightweight and easy to push around the back as adjustable so baby could lie back and sleep the hood encapsulates most of the pushchair too should the weather be bad then there is a storage bag hanging off the bottom which you could carry almost everything in for under 100. I can’t see that anyone will be disappointed with this pushchair.
A lovely pushchair by Venture that’s extremely lightweight. I currently have a Cosatto but it’s very heavy even though it’s a stroller and the harness was awful. So I was really pleased to try this pushchair. Firstly, it’s very easy to open and fold down. And secondly, the harness is much comfier than the other pushchair we have. Although I do find it hard to adjust the straps that go around the hip area. The seat is easy to recline, you just need to adjust the strap at the back. But the only thing that needs improvement is the seat, it doesn’t sit up very straight at all which I don’t like. I feel like my daughter is leaning too far back and looks a bit uncomfortable. Ideal for when she’s napping though as it reclines flat. The storage bag underneath is large so plenty of room for shopping etc. The pushchair can be folded down with one hand which is brilliant and so easy. I like how it’s lightweight and easy to carry if needed. The handle is quite narrow though and can’t be height adjusted which isn’t ideal for her 6 foot tall dad. On the whole I’d rate this 4* Great value and a nice pushchair for children aged 0-3 years. I’ve attached a picture to show the most upright position.
A nice stroller at an affordable price. I really like the all black colour, ideal for either boys or girls. It’s fairly lightweight for what it is, especially compared to my ocarro which I’m used to. We was looking for something that could be used in my partners car rather than keep switching the pram every time we went out. With its tri fold design, it’s fairly compact to pop into the car, not taking up too rush room. Folded down, it’s shorter in length than an umbrella fold, but also alot wider. It’s really smooth to push, even with one hand which is a must for us with a 1 year old inside and a 3 year old that wants to hold your hand. It’s handle bar has a foam padding around and it’s set at one height position. It’s front wheels swivel giving that easy movement when changing directions, it can aso be locked in place in the forward position. It has a storage/net basket underneath, not the largest capacity, but ideal to pop a few bits under. The seat unit seems comfortable enough with a 5 point safety harness. Each strap part of the hardness can be adjusted to suit the size of the child, making it comfortable yet secure. It has 3 harness pads also included. The seat doesn’t sit completely upright, I found this similar to the cosatto stroller, it leans slightly back, I found sometimes my son will pull himself forward. You can adjust the angle of the seat by a cord and toggle at the back. The cord holds well and doesn’t slip or change the seat position at all. With the extending hood, you can give a little shade over. There’s a lift panel in the hood where you can view your little one inside. The bumper bar is removable, we always prefer not having one. The break works and holds well, with a large pedal on a bar between both back wheels, push down into place and lift back up when you’re ready to go again. It’s frame and build is quite sturdy. I was surprised it didn’t come with a rain cover though, all our other buggies/pushchairs have had a rain cover included.
The stroller was very easy to assemble it took me less than 5 minutes. The seat is very comfortable and soft. I really like the space under the stroller can withstand around 2.5 kg. Is lightweight easy and smooth on the move (thanks to the double wheels on the front) and easy to carry and transport.
It also has a removable bumper bar which is very useful and adds protection for your toddler. A versatile multipoint reclining seat, allowing you to adjust the seating position to your child’s comfort, whether they want to sit up and explore or take a relaxing nap during your walks.
I love the fact that I can be easily folded and once fully folded it can fit in pretty much any car boot without occupying too much space. Very comfortable holding grips as well. I think it’s the perfect height for me and I don’t feel tired after a long walk.
There is an extra big pocket at the pack of the stroller for your phone wallet etc and the wheels look well made and I think they will last. Very easy to clean material which is very good.
The only minor downside is that the backrest is always in a slightly rest back position and the baby doesn’t sit quite straight. This is just a comparison with our previous one and my personal opinion.
Very good price for what you get, I would recommend it. Very good quality!
Good, versatile buggy as can carry kids of all ages and weights. Maybe not as young as advertised, but once big enough can be used for many years. Really lightweight and easy to set up, wheels along well and instructions are clear. Like most nowadays, it folds, but is pretty compact.
Well made, and robust, for the price its really good value. The versatility to be used for different kids of different sizes makes it really convenient, and not a bad price. I am happy with it.
We and our grown-up children, parents now of their own children, have tried a number of pushchairs and travel systems. They all have their pros and cons, of course, and none is perfect. The Venture stroller is fairly basic and reminds us a little of the Maclaren buggies we used with our own children in the early 80s.
That isn’t much of a criticism though — it’s inexpensive, simple to use, compact and lightweight. It even comes with a hood and a shopping basket, which is more than 1980s Maclarens did, unless my memory fails me.
Quality seems adequate, given the price, but inferior to more-expensive machines, so things don’t work as smoothly. It lacks the sophistication found with established brands, in design and build. I suspect baby will be less comfortable in this one too.
I’d rate it good value as a second stroller. It could be a spare to keep in the car, perhaps, or at relatives’ homes for occasional use. As a main stroller, it would probably be fine for short journeys or infrequent use. Indeed, for all I know, it would happily tolerate regular longer-distance trips, and survive for years. All things considered, and given a price below 100, I reckon it’s worth taking a chance on.
As you can tell from the video I am no stroller expert but my partner who is can pop it open one handed no problem! The lock mechanism requires you to slide a catch then push in the button before it works so it cannot be accidentally triggered. The chair has a weight limit of 15Kgs which is up to about 36 months, the bottom shopping tray says 2Kgs so OK for the odd knickknack, bits of shopping etc.. There are lots of nice little touches such as a spy flap in the hood so you can check on baby from the rear, the seat can be reclined via a slide buckle so can be set in pretty much any angle for a nap etc.. All the wheels can quickly be removed so it takes up minimum space and the front caster wheels can be locked in the straight ahead if needed. The hood has click stops so it can be set at various degrees of cover and is large enough to offer good protection for the ‘passenger’. The front bumper grab bar can also be removed via two catches and the foot rest can be bent up or down, again using catches either side but they are under the fabric so not obvious. The cover appears to be removeable via Velcro and pop studs (not tried it yet) for baby stain removal, it is wipe clean anyway. We will be using it for visiting babies so it is handy that it is lightweight and easy to store, it also fits in the car boot dead easy. The light grey with black frame looks very stylish, all told pretty impressed with it we are looking forward to some strolls with the new arrivals.
I’m in love with this stroller it has been an absolute game-changer for my family.
This innovative stroller offers the perfect balance between functionality and portability.
The tri-fold design allows for easy folding and unfolding with just one hand, making it incredibly convenient for travel and storage. Despite its compact size, the stroller doesn’t compromise on comfort or features. It’s comfortable seat with multiple recline positions, a sun canopy for UV protection, and a spacious storage basket for all our essentials.
The stroller is lightweight and manoeuvrable, making it a breeze to navigate through crowded streets or tight spaces.
The durable construction ensures that it can withstand the rigours of daily use.
Overall, the compact tri-fold stroller has exceeded our expectations, providing us with a reliable and versatile solution for on-the-go adventures with our little one.
The look of this stroller is very stylish, smart and sleek. The build quality is good and solid, but the stroller is quite lightweight, compact and takes up minimal space when folded, so it’s ideal for popping into the boot or a luggage rack.
The sizing is secure enough for a baby but has plenty of room for your little one to grow. The seat isn’t as padded as some strollers, though, so this, combined with the smaller wheels, sleek design and chic aesthetic, make this an ideal buggy for travelling, visiting the park or a city break, where the stroller will mostly be used on paved, smoother surfaces, you generally want to take up less space and be a bit nippier crossing the street.
Set-up is quick and easy; it manoeuvres well. The basket space is large enough for essentials, and the hood is large too.
Overall I like the design and the build quality is high. Can recommend.
Exceptional Quality:
The build quality of the Venture Stride Stroller is top-notch. From the frame to the fabric, every component reflects durability and attention to detail. It feels sturdy and reliable, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for my little one.
Lovely Color Choices:
The stroller is available in a range of delightful colors, and I must say, choosing one was a tough decision! The color options add a touch of personalization, allowing parents to select a shade that suits their style. I opted for a vibrant hue, and it never fails to catch compliments.
Versatility at Its Best:
From newborns to toddlers (0-36 months), this stroller adapts effortlessly to the changing needs of your child. The versatile design allows for various seating positions, making it suitable for napping, exploring, or simply enjoying the surroundings. It’s like having multiple strollers in one!
Compact Tri-fold Design:
One standout feature is the compact tri-fold design. Folding and unfolding the stroller is a breeze, and it folds down to a size that fits easily into my car trunk or storage space. This convenience makes it an excellent choice for parents on the go.
Smooth Ride:
The Venture Stride provides a smooth and comfortable ride for my little one. The wheels handle various terrains with ease, and the stroller maneuvers effortlessly, even in crowded spaces. It truly makes strolling a pleasant experience for both parent and child.

The adjustable features cater to different age groups, ensuring that the stroller grows with your child. Whether it’s the reclining seat for nap time or the upright position for curious explorations, this stroller ticks all the boxes.
Worth the Investment:
While it’s true that quality comes at a price, the Venture Stride Stroller is undoubtedly worth the investment. The combination of durability, style, and versatility makes it a long-lasting and practical choice for parents.
Nice pushchair with a really simple two lock action to either unfold it or fold it up.
I’ve tried to list the main pros and cons (for me) as bullet points:
PROS
– super easy to fold up and all folds up together unlike some of the bigger brands where you need to separate the seat from the chassis;
– fantastic big hood which will keep sun and rain off the seat (and child!) pretty well;
– nice light coloured material so good for reflecting heat;
– pretty lightweight so easy to fold up and store away when travelling on trains/buses etc;
– possible to lock front wheels if needed;
– super easy to set up from new without even looking at the instructions;
– seat reclines to fully flat for children who are sleeping.
CONS
– seat reclines to flat but it’s through tightening a loop mechanism which just pulls up the seat or lets it down rather than through a click mechanism like a lot of more advanced buggies and I’m not sure how sturdy the mechanism on this pushchair is as a result;
– only a 15kg weight limit on the seat, which might be quite low for some bigger toddlers, probably not suitable for preschool children;
– the price point is pretty good for a well made pushchair but perhaps seems a little high given the relatively low weight limit;
– the basket area under the seat isn’t huge and only has a 2kg weight limit – useful to know if you use that area for shopping when out and about.
Overall I think it’s a decent quality pushchair and I love that it folds up so small and so easily compared to our icandy peach but the weight limit would probably put me off buying it from new unless I needed it for a holiday or something and didn’t want to use a more expensive pushchair.
Excellent compact buggy which folds up really small. This would be perfect for a small boot or storing within the home. Very easy to open up and collapse requiring little effort. I love the colour, the seat feels comfy, the fabric great quality and well finished. The hood has great coverage, another poisitive if purchasing this for a holiday abroad. The back of the seat can be reclined using the pull cord behind, easy to alter to exactly the right point you want. The pram is modelled by my 10 month old, great size for him, i think the recommended of age 0-3 is about right, it wouldnt be big enough for an older child. The basket is very open and large in size, great for popping in your changing bag or grocerys. The wheels are relatively small, so I wouldnt say this is suitable for bumpy walks e.g. off roading at country parks but on a flat surface they are brilliant and the pram moves/turns very smoothly and with ease. Only negative I found was the handle does not adjust, so if you were an overly tall person, this may not be the pram for you. Overall a brilliant compact pram, bargain price, I would recommend.
The Venture Stride Stroller is very much what it sets out to be in being a Lightweight, Versatile and Stylish stroller for the couple of years of a little one’s journey.
In terms of weight, it does fit that middle ground between being lightweight enough to easily enough get out the boot one handed but still too heavy to think about carrying around all day.
Fortunately though it’s a really well built stroller and not only looks great in its grey finish but also feels robust too. Our little one has reflux and typically threw up minutes into trying it out for the first time and I can confidently say at least that it cleans up well and folds into quite cleanable sections which is very handy.
Setting up and collapsing down is easy and very quick but setting the recline can be a bit fiddly for the first few times or if you haven’t got both hands available. Other than a couple minor quirks though, it’s a genuinely great stroller than comes in at a pretty affordable price.
A tri fold lightweight pushchair, more suitable for a 1-3 year old I feel, rather than newborn baby, which needs a bit more support and padding and this has neither. But great for keeping in the car, so that you don’t have to keep getting your full sized pram out or disconnect your child seat to connect to your pram carcass.
It’s lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around tight corners or pedestrians, the front wheels are also lockable, so you can lock in the forward direction if needed, and the rear wheels have brake latches on them.
My 2 year old granddaughter fits in perfectly and it must be comfortable, as she’s often asleep within minutes. The back folds down easily, with the release of a couple of clips.
The pushchair comes with a removable bumper bar, that can be used to attach toys etc and can be removed for easy access and removal of the child.
There’s a sun/rain cover, with a mesh window at the top, that can be covered up with a magnetically attached flap, so you can check on your child. Also, storage space underneath for essentials while out and about, or a small amount of shopping, it also has a pocket for change, phone or sunglasses.
It also comes with a 5 point safety harness, which all clips together at a centre point and shoulder padding.
The pushchair is easy to fold and unfold, simply sliding a button on the crossbar handle, which allows folding and unfolding of the pushchair, with ease.
A great simple lightweight pushchair, that folds down to practically nothing, making it easy to store in the car, or even take on a bus or train.
I’d thoroughly recommend this pushchair for 1-3 year olds.
We couldn’t find the manual at the start which ended up being inside the folded stroller.
Regarding the stroller itself:
– There’s no click sound when unfolding/folding the stroller.
– You cannot extend the handlebar and the material feels like foam.
– The folding button sometimes gets stuck and is really hard to press.
– Plastic parts look good, quite thick and robust but wobbly in places.
– Backrest is held by a strap with a plastic clip the quality of which doesn’t make you feel confident that it will hold.
– You need to pull hard on the canopy to open it fully and there’s also no sound indication when it’s opened fully.
– At the top of the canopy there is a mesh window with a cover that is held by two magnets and that’s very comfortable but there are no magnets on the other side to keep the cover openfor prolonged time without it closing and annoying you.
The only thing that I’ve liked in this stroller is it’s maneuverability. Wheels rotate 360 degrees but you can lock them to only go forward. Also it’s very light and weighs only 8.3kg.
The price of the stroller matches it’s quality, if you want something better than you will need to look in the higher price range. But if you need something quick for a short period or the budget is tight then it it’s not a bad option but I wouldn’t use it permanently.
Conclusion: Light, maneuverable, Compact stroller that you can keep in the boot of your car, with a quality that matches it’s price. A lot of things were not thought through. Good for emergencies or short strolls with a baby.
