I bought this light after long suffering poor wedding shots in the evening. As soon as the lights go out everyone is flooded with different colour disco lights and lasers.
This hotshoe light has saved those shots by making them look natural whilst maintaining the ambience of the evening party!
Came charged and I have yet to recharge it and is definitely bright enough!!! I definitely recommend this light!
This is a very professional looking piece of kit in a nice hard case with foam inserts to keep it all safe.
The light is a good size with a removable battery pack and a really nice touch is the LED display showing the power level from 10% to 99%.
Having this feature means the light level can be reproduced when necessary. The addition of a yellow filter to change the light from cool white to warm white is also good and the filters are a decent thickness and not flimsy. The light is very bright on full power too !
The light has a 1/4″ camera screw mount in the bottom of its case and it also comes with a swivel mount that has a camera flash type mount as well so the light can be mounted on a tripod or directly on the camera.
The kit comes with a mains adaptor if you are indoors and don’t want to use the battery and the battery also comes with a proper charger base and lead to plug into a 5v supply.
All in all this is a very nice light set up that can be used in a variety of different situations and well worth the money.
