My dogs really like the food. But unfortunately, the last package wasn’t delivered due to the delivery drivers not following the instructions. There is no help or willingness from customer service to solve the problem.
The food is great!
There are different flavours, and the dogs like them all. They have been on this food for about six months and no sign of them not liking it. Their health and coat has improved as well
I have used Pooch and Mutt dried food successfully for my other dogs in the past and thought I would try the wet food as well with my current dog, Alfie the lurcher, adopted over a year ago aged 13. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like it and usually declines to eat it, even if that is the only food available! We are going to try other flavours but I’m not optimistic. The cartons are a good idea as they are more environmentally friendly but not as easy as tins to open.
