Q1: How to connect the wireless ear buds?
A1: Please follow the steps to connect.
(1) Full charge the earbuds and charging case before first time use
(2) Open the case lid to enter pairing mode
(3) Turn on Bluetooth setting to search “S13” on your devices
Q2: How to reset the wireless earbuds?
A2: Please follow the steps to reset.
(1) Press and hold the button for 5 secs. to turn off
(2) Press and hold the both button for about 12 secs. to clean the pair record of the last device
(3) Reset successfully
(4) Put the earbuds back to charging case for 2~3 sec. then pair other devices

These ear pods are brilliant. The sound quality is great, they hold their charge for ages, they charge really quickly in the holder. Can’t believe the price of them. Great value
These are probably the best ear buds I’ve ever had and I’ve bought expensive ones and mid range one but these are fab! The range isn’t the best but I always have my phone with me so I don’t need to worry about walking off too far. Stay charged for ages too and best of all, they stay put.
I have now been using these for a while now (about 2-3 hours at the weekends) since buying. Pairing with the phone was straight forward and they connect straight away each time it get out of their box. I have found that the buds Internal battery lasts for the hour or two that I use them continuously and I have only had to recharge main container a couple of times since purchasing them. The main reason for buying was for the shape of the buds, as I do not like the silicone cones that fit into your ears. As I don’t run about or exercise wearing them, I can’t say if they would stay in place or not during exercises or running. The sound quality is good for what I use them for- YouTube and the like. If I want to listen to favourite album, I tend to use a pair of Bose headphones and a different device.
I was surprised how good these earbuds are for the money. They are comfortable to wear and the sound is good. I have used them for listening to podcasts, audiobooks and music and have been very pleased with the sound quality. They even charge wirelessly on my charging stand. Very pleased with this purchase.
Hi overall my Teen is very happy with their product.
They like the look and feel of them, they report a bit of bluetooth hiss when the music is play but they have very sensitive ears, due to their ADHD and their ASD, however, I could barely notice it
For the price these are excellent, and if they get lost it is not the end of the world, but look stylish enough to keep my teen happy
I bought these headphones based on the reviews and the price point. For the money, they’re a steal.
I use them mostly for listening to music and podcasts on Spotify and the sound is crisp and clear. Nice bass and a good volume too. I’ve never used Apple AirPods, Bose or Beats headphones so I can’t compare sound with those premium types. But they certainly on par with mid-range Sony, Marley and Sennheiser headphones.
Not used them for running yet, but I’ve found them great for cycling (outdoors and indoors on an exercise bike). They stay in well – better than wireless buds that I’ve had.
If I lose these like I’ve lost either wireless headphones, I’ll definitely buy another pair.
I love these earbuds. They are very comfortable and the case keeps them safe between use. My only complaint is that there is no voice warning that they are getting low in charge as claimed in the instructions. I only know they’ve run out of charge when they won’t connect….I still love them though!
I have purchased a number of these types headphones and I have found these are the best for staying attached to my ear`s and by the way they have excellent sound quality.
Great sound quality, both earbuds and case have fantastic battery performance and thankfully the fit in my ears is comfortable so they remain secure during use. Really like the black colour option, item arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
These ear pods are probably the best I’ve had. The sound quality is excellent. The fit is nice within my ear and the appearance in the ear is a minimal look. Wireless charging is a bonus.
I loved the sound quality. It was like i was hearing the singer directly. Battery life is amazing lasts me about 4-5 days. It even shows you how much battery life is left. Absolutely incredible product. Worth every penny
Bought these to use as backups to my AirPods and found myself using these more as they’re a better fit for my ears! Not keen of the chunkyness of earphones these days but these hook right in and feel stable, great battery life and decent enough sound for what i use them for, highly reccommend!
