Zettum BBQ Cover 182 CM – 7132 Large Grill Barbecue Cover
Zettum BBQ Cover 182 CM – 7132 Large Grill Barbecue Cover for Weber, Nexgrill, Monument, Dyna-glo, Brinkmann Grill Heavy Duty & Waterproof, PU Coating Cover(182 L x 68 W x 129 H cm)
Why Our Grill Cover Thinner than Others:
There are two cloth indicators:
1. denier coefficient, which is commonly known as the D number.
2. weaving density, which is commonly known as the T number.
There are also two physical coatings:
1. PVC Coating 2. PU Coating
(1) If the D number is too high, the T number will decrease. If the T number is too high, the D number will decrease. It means that how many things and how big the same fixed space can hold.
(2) Our fabric is just right to choose a balance value, because the D number and the T number need to achieve a balanced value, not the higher the better, the D number (too high thickness) will harden after long-term use, and then will accelerate rupture and is not breathable.
(3) A good fabric should be flexible and tear-resistant at the same time. Our fabric is tear-resistant than many heavy Duty fabrics on the market.
(4) Our coating also uses PU coating. Most of the heavy-duty on the market are PVC. The PVC may allow their cover thicker, but it will cause hardening and tearing after a few times exposing under sun and rain. The cost of PU is more expensive and the air permeability is better. Therefore, there will be no water vapor and mildew, and PU is flexible.
(5) The entire cover uses double-sided stitching, so more fabric will be wasted, but there will be no water seepage between the stitches and tear.
(6) In addition, the color fastness of our fabrics has been treated with special technology and can withstand fading for about the same time as Weber, so there is no tearing within a few years.

I am very pleased with it – I did check the measurements to ensure it would fit our barbecue and first impressions are very good. It appears well made and sturdy – more so than more expensive versions I have purchased in the past – and I am hoping it will stand up well to a winter of use!
This is a nice, well made cover. I have given five stars for durability because I think it will last to be used each winter for a good few years.
A very good size – I have a very large Masterbuilt Smoke Hollow BBQ (not the Weber 600) and struggled to find a cover to fit – this one fits with room to spare – I could probably fit the cover with one or both of the BBQ’s side shelves opened out. I’ll probably do this in the summer when it’s used more often. It also reaches to the ground with my very tall BBQ under it.
The material is reasonably heavy gauge and definitely repels water so offers good protection from the elements. The sewn seams have been doubled over and weatherproofed – water does not seem to ingress at the seams which is where my previous cover failed.
I’d recommend this cover.
The BBQ cover is a good fit for our 4 burner B & Q gas BBQ, slightly shorter than our previous Grillman cover (which is a good thing as the previous one had ripped when the bottom of the cover got caught under the wheels) it should not happen with this one as it stops just short of the base of the BBQ.
The material does not feel as heavy weight as the previous cover, making it lighter to handle so assuming the material stands up to use, this will be an advantage. This is mentioned within the description as being due to the use of PU material rather than PVC, so they can make it lighter and more resistant to damage from the sun. It has a claimed 3 year UV resistance, so will be interested if this cover fares better than previous covers we have had. (previous cover had gone white / grey where exposed to the sun after two summers)
Longevity always difficult to predict with BBQ covers, our garden is south facing so we find they fade in the sun quite quickly, along with associated deterioration in the material strength. We don’t leave our BBQ out over winter so the cover is only used during summer months, so the UV performance is a key feature, along with being waterproof to deal with the typical British summer!
The construction appears solid, with the double stitched seams. Previous covers have had handles on the side to help removal, this does not have handles, not a massive issue but would be good to have.
Time will tell with this one, will amend as necessary.
There is a good range of sizes so would expect that a suitable one can be found for most BBQs, the 147x63x113 fits ours perfectly, with the Velcro straps either side completing the secure fit to stop it blowing off in the wind.
Price wise (28.99 at time of review) this is the same amount as the Grillman is at the moment, (though that is on special offer), so if it lasts for the predicted period then would be a good buy.
This is by far great value! Price is up to a quarter of shop brands and the materials are great. It’s completely waterproof and good sturdy material. Has adjustable straps on the sides so it grips and fits perfectly to any shape BBQ. Get the best size to your BBQ and it will be perfect with the adjustable straps. Recommended

These are the Zettum BBQ 208cm Waterproof Cover, Made From Oxford Fabric, Measuring 208 x 68 x 127cm In Black And Also Available In 11 Other Variants.
This is for our new posh BBQ, this cover fits it very well. It has velcro straps that are very strong. It’s going to be very snug once secured.
The material is really thick waterproof Oxford Material, its thic, the straps secure in high winds and will keep it very dry.
This will keep my BBQ in safe and secure over the colder seasons.
Overall I recommend this bbq cover, it is at a premium, but only a fraction of the price of my bbq.
Fits my Weber E210 (front controls) really well.
The velco side allows me to fit it snuggly with the one flap down.
Not as heavy duty as the Weber original but a fraction of the price.
They say first impressions are important. I am pleased to report my first impression of this BBQ cover is overall very good. Material seems to be of a higher grade then most of the covers I have purchased in the past! Thickness and strength of material appear to be very good. The double sewn seams also a sign of a good, strong product. As with all products of this nature, time in the elements is the only way one can accurately report how good this is. I will return with a update after the Winter period and maybe / hopefully be able to upgrade rating to 5 stars.
As it stands at the moment I give the product a good strong 4 star rating based on initial impressions of material thickness and strength, double sewn seams and good velcro storm straps on each side. Also worth noting is a vast range of sizes available so should be able to find one to fit your BBQ.
It is unusual to be able to buy a barbeque cover this size at this price point and the well known brands are usually much more expensive. This cover has a nylon type finish on the outside and a rubberised type finish on the inside. This combination should make it waterproof. It is of ample size with large velcro straps for convenience. However, I am not sure that these would be sufficient if the wind was very strong.
This is correct to the measurements given so if you match it to the size of your BBQ it will fit fine. It is thinner material than I am used to so not sure how hardwearing this will be. It seems waterproof so far but again due to how think the material is I will have to see how this holds up to the winter. It would be better if it had handles on each side to help in lifting it on and off the BBQ.
I’ve only had one BBQ cover that has lasted longer than one year , and that was an official Webber one. Normally, the cheaper ones just split due to not being very UV & weather resilient. So far this cover is performing well but time will tell. Its big enough for our BBQ ( probably a bit too big ) so check your sizing. The material is good quality and it has velcro straps around the bottom. I will report back later in the year to see how it is holding up.
My BBQ is all set for a cozy winter, thanks to the Zettum BBQ Cover 147x63x113, a replacement for my old one. The previous cover barely held up for a year and began to tear. The new Zettum cover boasts sturdier materials, and I’m hopeful it’ll offer much greater durability, though only time will truly tell. It’s versatile and not exclusive to Weber BBQs; it fits my Outback 4 burner perfectly. Just be sure to take accurate measurements before your purchase. One minor downside is the absence of top handles, which I found quite handy on my previous cover for easy removal. Overall I am very happy with this acquisition.
Purchased to replace my existing Grillman cover which I have had for approx 3 years but due to its age has started to let in water. Although the replacement cover states it is 600D Oxford material (same as Grillman), it doesn’t appear to be as thick or as heavy, but as long as it keeps out the rain and does not tear, I will be happy. I can’t rate the waterproof of this item just yet as I will need to see how it last throughout the winter.
I bought a cover a while back and it was torn in the first high winds it encountered. This one however feels much better and more robust. It covered my three burner fine and the tie downs do well in cinching down the cover so the winds won’t grab at it in bad weather.
It is actually waterproof too as tested when I was jet washing down my patio. It’s got a reassuring weight to it too and I suspect you’ll get a few years use out of it before needing to replace. A big test is how well it copes with months of direct sunlight which can lead the material to perish and weaken, but we’re well past summer now and I suspect I’ll only get to see how it copes next year.
This BBQ cover is a really good size and fits my oil barrel BBQ with ease.
It’s held in place with straps, which feels secure enough but we’ve not had any strong winds as of yet for me to be able to test it out properly.
The material feels strong and durable, so I’d expect it to last a good few years and it’s done a good job of keeping my BBQ dry in the rain so far, while also offering UV protection from the sun.
All in all, it’s a good all year around cover.
