I have ordered 18 tiles pack, 30 x 30cm each. Price is 17.99 at the time of review. Price is reasonable for 18 tiles of this size. I newly equipped with an indoor cycling machine and I think it is better to cover the area with a layer of mat before I place the cycling machine on it to protect my original flooring. The mat has antislip pattern on it and the thickness is good to perform the protection. 18 mat is approx 17 sq ft and I think I will it will be better to buy another pack to cover a larger area. They have a 60x60cm tile for sale as well which is good for covering the corner or to do a mix and match between the 30cm tile and 60cm tile. I want to use it to lay a layer in my garage too. Happy with it and would recommend.
Pretty good of exercising.
They are thick, so they offer good shock absorption, and they lock together nicely without coming apart easily.
The tiles makes for a nice surface to exercise on, and offer good foot grip.
The floor mats look good quality and were very easy to install.
I put them in my garage where I do some exercises at home and they turned out perfect.
They look durable and are easy to clean.
They are made with EVA foam and even though they are small, they look resistant.
They offer good value for money.
From the images I expected these to be thicker than they are, but they are still very hard wearing
I got these to replace some ageing gym mats under my flat bench
They slot together very easily and cover a good area, so well sized for under a bench press, but would probably not be strong enough under a leg press…
The compress under the feet so have a nice feel to them and I have no worries about dropping weights on them as they will absorb a lot of the force and not knacker your expensive plates and oly bars
I got these to use on our patio on sunny days to keep the kids safer when we’re in the garden. Our patio is rough stone and a trip hazard so these are ideal.
They lock together well to form a solid surface and I haven’t seen them come apart despite having several kids charging over them! They’re tough enough to not split even on the rough surface but soft enough to lessen the impact when the kids fall over (or land on them at the bottom of the slide). If they fall hard they’re still going to feel it, but there won’t be any injuries like you would get falling on bare stone.

Delivery wasn’t very quick on this item. In fact the original estimate was three weeks. Two follow up estimates and it eventually arrived after one week. They fit together very well and don’t move when you walk on them. There are push out bits so not restricted to one design. One centimetre thick is less than others. 18 at time of review seems a reasonable price. It will be used under the kids swimming pool.
I’ve used tiles like these for a multitude of things over the years, garage flooring, under a 12 foot pool to protect it from stray stones on the lawn, flooring for my little workshop area, kids play areas, a base for my elliptical strider and of course workout mats.
These ones compare very favourably to the best I’ve bought in the past, they are suitably dense recover well from compression and are accurately cut so when linked together they don’t have any unexpected spaces at the corners, a problem I had with some I bought locally last year.
I’ve used them this time under a large hemp rug that was a little hard underfoot on my wooden flooring, they’ve given it a nice springy feeling, much better than ordinary underlay or the thin anti-slip stuff the high street shops were suggesting.
A really simple idea that has so many uses around the home garage and garden.
This is versatile stuff, with a great variety of uses. It is reasonably soft, but not too much to not be durable, and compares well to some of the other matting that I have, even though it is a little thinner. The tiles have a raised pattern on one side, and I hope that this is durable, but only time will tell. I can see this pattern being a point of wear as I walk about on it, but I can always turn it over for the smooth side.
The kit is comprehensive and comes with removable edges and corners, so you can expand the set with another box. This is easy to do, as I thought that the value was reasonable for what you get. The tiles are smaller than some of the sets that I have, but if you have to replace one because it gets damaged, then it’s less of a problem. I like that you can also get a variety of colours, so if yoga is your thing, then perhaps the light blue would be great, and with this mat, you can tailor it to your size requirements. It also comes in different-sized packs.
I use this kind of matting in my caravan awning, and you can never have too much of it to protect against the stones underfoot, so that’s where it will go when the season starts, and I will report back if there are any problems.
These slot together like a jigsaw.
The first thing I noticed was how comfy and warm they felt if you knelt on them.
The pack we got was 18 squares – I dint notice till I was half way through the box that the second half of them already had the edge strips fitted – lesson learnt – get them all out of the box first and plan where you are going to lay them – because if you need a corner piece – i.e. 2 straight edges – you will find that several of them are already fitted – save you having to readjust them – which I ended up doing.
Once you align the edge pattern they are easy enough just to push fit.
We have them in a room where it is just a concrete floor so these make a massive difference both in comfort and warmth – and if you decide you dont want to keep them in one place they are very simple to pop (not pull) apart and re-box ready for another room/area.
We only got the black ones – but I reckon if you got several packets of different colours it would be added fun factor to make up different patterns of colours on the floor for the kids/grandchildren.
I originally got them for my weight training area in the garage so that I can place the weights down carefully but now I’m thinking I might get some more for the grand childrens playroom floor as these will wash/wipe much easier than carpet. 5 stars no problem.
