The ankle resistance bands and cuffs showcase thoughtful engineering. The bands boast a perfect blend of flexibility and resistance, catering to various fitness levels and exercise intensities. The inclusion of sturdy ankle cuffs ensures a secure fit, allowing for a wide range of lower body exercises without compromising safety or comfort.
Versatility is a standout feature. The set offers a comprehensive range of resistance levels, allowing users to tailor their workouts to their individual strength and fitness goals. Whether it’s toning the glutes, sculpting the legs, or targeting specific muscle groups, the bands provide the versatility needed for a well-rounded home workout.
Comfort takes center stage. The ankle cuffs are padded for comfort, ensuring that the skin remains protected during even the most intense workouts. The ergonomic design prevents chafing or discomfort, allowing for extended use without irritation. The comfort factor encourages users to focus on their exercises without distraction.
Effective glutes workout equipment is a highlight. The resistance bands specifically target the glutes, providing a challenging yet rewarding workout for one of the body’s major muscle groups. The bands can be easily stored and taken anywhere, allowing for a consistent workout routine whether at home, in a park, or even on vacation.
Quality construction ensures durability. The high-quality materials used in the resistance bands set guarantee longevity and reliability. The bands maintain their elasticity even with regular use, offering a durable solution for those seeking a long-term fitness companion.
In conclusion, the Resistance Bands Set with Ankle Cuffs has exceeded my expectations in home fitness. It’s not just exercise equipment; it’s a transformative tool for sculpting and strengthening the lower body. If you’re someone who values effective and convenient home workouts, this resistance bands set is a must-have. It has become an integral part of my fitness journey, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to both men and women seeking a versatile and reliable solution for targeted lower body exercises.
> I’m 5ft 3.5 and have decently short legs, but despite that the resistant ropes aren’t too big and I can use them. I’ve only used one band at a time but you can combine them however I haven’t tried
> As awesome as it is, it’s incredibly noisy. The metal keeps clinking against each other and every time I move my legs it’ll make a noise which is extremely distracting
> The bundle comes in a mesh storage bag which is easy to fit in a drawer and it comes with a leaflet suggesting what exercises you can do
Pros:
1- These resistance bands are straightforward and user-friendly. They are well-made and performed as expected. Once the ankle cuffs are properly secured, they remain secure even throughout extended training sessions. Their durability suggests they will last a long time with regular use.
2- these bands are compact and not bulky, making them convenient to carry to the gym. They can be easily stored without taking up much space.
3- The inclusion of three different resistance levels is really beneficial. This range allows you to begin with the lightest resistance and gradually progress to higher levels, helping to prevent muscle strain.
4- The bands are reasonably priced, offering good value for their quality and features.
Cons:
1- It would be good if there were more choices in the length of the bands to accommodate various preferences and levels of expertise.
First up, I do karate, have been doing it for the last 15 years or so and reached Shodan; so I thought my legs would have been pretty strong what with all the kicks and stances. Oh how wrong I was!!
The fact you have 3 resistance bands to work with, I just attached one and that was enough!!
There are some suggested exercises in the instruction leaflet. I tried raising my legs to the front, back and sides, a bit of a karate front kick where you bring up your knee first and then extend, the extension backwards from kneeling; all workout different muscles in your legs and after 10 reps of each you sure know you’ve done them!!
I haven’t been consistent with it unfortunately, but I will start you use them more as I can see there will be huge benefits, especially with my hobby/sport of choice.
Well worth the money if you have the conviction!
This is a very good ankle resistance band with cuffs; the band is really well-made and comes with three different 3 resistance’ strengths that can be adjusted depending on the type of exercise.
It is very easy to use, and I would recommend it.
Incorporating resistance into my workouts has always been essential. This particular set offered multiple resistance options, allowing me to adjust and challenge myself as needed. With three bands at varying strengths, I found the combinations quite adaptable to different exercises. Used primarily for kickbacks and lunges, the noticeable difference in glute activation was immediate. The ankle cuffs were comfortable, reducing the chance of any irritations during a workout. Storing them was straightforward, as they came with a storage bag – handy for thosewhomoveabout.
Decided to get these as I’ve started playing 5 a side after a long lay off and had a thigh strain in my 2nd game. I need to get fitter! I also work from home so I needed something I could use easily in quieter moments. There are 3 resistance bands, 10/20/30 lbs and there is a leaflet that explains how to use them for different exercises. Easy to fit, although could be awkward if you need to remove them quickly to get to the door for your next Amazon delivery! They come with a small mesh carry case, so ideal for travel and seem reasonable value.
These bands are well-made and effective. The ankle cuffs are comfortable and secure, thanks to the neoprene padding and adjustable velcro straps. The three resistance bands, offering 10lb, 20lb, and 30lb values, can be combined, allowing for various workouts.
Metal-on-metal noise from the resistance bands’ hook against the ankle cuff’s hoop is a thing during leg raises.
How annoying that is will depend on how familiar you are with the clang of iron in machines and free weights.
However, extra Padding on the cuffs could help and improve comfort, too.
The set is compact and comes in a small drawstring bag, making it travel-friendly. Overall, it’s a versatile and portable tool for strengthening leg and glute muscles, suitable for beginners and experienced users.
This glute resistance band set is pretty good. It seems will made so far and the ankle cuffs are very comfortable, especially compared to some others I’ve used.
The resistance of a single band is quite low, and you only get three, so even with all of them the max resistance isn’t particularly high (especially after a bit of progression). It also suffers from the fault that all elastic-based resistance suffers from; at the beginning there’s zero resistance and then it increases as you extend. On top of that, your legs are already quite far apart before the resistance starts. None of this is ideal.
Having said all that, if you don’t have space for proper equipment, or you are working on a reduced budget, then this is a great option. Something is always better than nothing.
This glute resistance band set is selling for 27.99 at the time of this review. I think that’s good for what you get.
3.75 stars rounded up to 4
I really wanted to add in some extra resistance and new equipment for home work outs and these are perfect. Super impressed with packaging, comes in nice bag to use to travel with as well. Really good quality and love the look. It comes with 3 different strengths of resistance which I love. Easy to use and will definitely be recommending
Oh, the transformative journey these Ankle Resistance Bands have launched me on — nothing short of an epic! Each stretch, a battle; every pull, a triumph as I engage in a relentless duel with the very sinews of destiny. These noble grey bands, like valiant knights, clung to my ankles, empowering my limbs to defy the mundane, reaching for the heroic burn that sings tales of sculpted glutes and celestial calves. Their steadfast resistance whispered ancient secrets of strength into my very soul, reshaping not just my physique but my destiny. Here, amidst the throes of home workout mundanity, I discovered not just fitness, but a saga of transformation. All hail these miraculous bands of resilience!
The first thing you’ll notice is the very good quality of these resistant bands. They feel really well made and will last. there are 3 bands offering a range of resistance in their own right or they can be combined for anyone who’s more advanced. I try to get to the gym several times a week but often find the equipment I want to use is occupied, these bands now offer me the chance to workout at home. No more frustration at the gym thank goodness. The ankle straps are padded so are comfortable to wear and the entire kit comes with a carry bag for ease of storage and/or transportation.
I an happy to recommend these ankle resistant bands.
The Ankle Resistance Bands with Cuffs, Glutes Workout Equipment, and Legs Resistance Bands come well packed in a quality storage bag, with an additional clear plastic bag on top of it.
There are 3 resistance bands( 10,20,30 lbs) and a set of two ankle cuffs. There is also a printed user manual included( with some examples of the exercises).
The whole set is well made and makes an impression as it would last for a long time.
The cuffs are comfortable to wear, with a good amount of padding and wide velcro strap.
The storage bag makes keeping the set tidy very easy and is good for traveling with.
The training potential is big, as you can combine a few resistance bands or use longer bands for your individual needs.
I have added them to my training program and can see the benefits already.
I found the length of the resistant bands to be a little bit too long, so the first part of the movement( when starting with your legs close to each other ) has no resistance at all. After training with rubber-resistant band loops, I found it a bit strange, as you are losing the resistance just before you return your legs to a starting position. So not great for the full range of movement. And might require getting used to in terms of your body balance, and the way you exercise. This is the only reason I took one star off my rating, and might be just my personal preference, but I thought it is worth mentioning.
Overall, the product is very well made, and I can recommend it as it has a big training potential
Very nice ankle resistance bands! The material and feel is good quality, the cuffs are very comfortable around your ankle, the carabiners are solid and the cables seem very sturdy.
With the pack you also get a little instruction manual showing a few exercises to try and a nice storage pouch to keep your new workout gear safe.
If you’re wondering if it’s worth buying if you already have gym membership, the answer is a definitive, yes! This type of equipment is perfect for working out at home, in your lounge maybe, with a film on in the background. You get 3 resistance bands in the pack which should provide plenty of scope for building up your muscles, especially if you combine more than one band at a time.
I obtained the grey bands but on hindsight, I’d definite recommend the yellow, they look pretty classy!
Priced at 24-99 it’s not the cheapest item out there but it’s very good quality. I am very impressed with the quality and it looks like it should last a lot longer than my urge to exercise. You can adjust the weight/strength of the bands according to the exercise and it comes with a number of exercise suggestions. It’s great in terms of this adjustability and you can get a real burn with these exercise bands for home workouts on the fly.
I do some yoga at home, as well as other floor exercises, and I have wanted something like this for quite a while, just to push myself a bit harder. I work from home as a web designer and spend far too much time either sitting or at best standing, so I am conscious I need to do more.
I quickly learned that even the 10lbs starting weight is hard work compared to non weighted resistance, so these will certainly give your muscles a workout. I would caution though that it would be worth taking this step slowly to avoid injury, particularly with sideways knee movements if you are older or typically sedentary.
This feels very well made and the ankle cuffs in particular impress by the way they are constructed to wrap safely around the ankles. It all feels robust; strapping firmly and comfortably into place.
There is only one real fault with these, and that is the jangling sound of metal on metal, as the hook from the bands clatters against the hoop on the ankle cuffs with every move, particularly if you lie on your side and attempt leg raises. I quickly found this both distracting and slightly irritating, thinking it would have benefited hugely if the hoops had some kind of toughened padding just to dampen that metal clattering sound with every movement.
Make no mistake though, these are well made and with sensible, regular practice and I am sure these can deliver a tremendous improvements in body shape, strength and posture. I also like the fact it all came neatly packaged in a small string bag that is easy to store or pack away if you want to travel with them.
These are premium ankle resistance bands, they feel like quality kit. I’ve had the sets before where they just have a loop around the band but they would never sit still.
These have lovely neoprene and a very secure ‘velcro’ strap to adjust tightness. I have thick ankles, and these fit no problem. Because of the easy adjustment, I think even those with skinny ankles will be absolutely fine. They stay in place nice and feel comfortable and secure.
The concertina style bands are a great idea and save a lot of space. There are 3 and they come in 10lb, 20lb and 30lb equivalents. I like the more subtle grey colour.
It’s been a while since I’ve done any resistance exercise so I’m starting with the 10lb band and I’ll have to work my way up. This set will be great for those home workouts and comes with a handy leaflet of suggested lower body workouts.
Disclaimer: I ordered this free of charge through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest and fair review. I’ve had no direct contact with Amazon Vine or the manufacturer. Got this pack of resistance bands with ankle attachments because don’t move around much when working from home. I thought at least I will get some work out in a simple practical manner. The ankle grabs are comfortable and secure. You can attach up to 3 bands all of which have different resistance levels.
It seems well made and comes with its own pouch bag to store these. I guess you can take these with you when going on a business trip or even on holiday as they don’t take up much space. So far so good.
Being in a job that requires long hours of sitting at a desk, I rarely get the chance to walk or exercise my legs. I was on the lookout for a solution that was portable, not bulky, and allowed for adjustable resistance, and I stumbled upon this device. As you can see, its size is incredibly travel-friendly, making it easy to carry in a bag, whether you’re traveling, commuting, or heading to the office. Moreover, its build quality is commendable; it’s robust and made of very durable material. This isn’t just for light exercises — even those aiming for high-intensity workouts will find this very beneficial. However, one drawback is that the exercises primarily involve strapping it to both legs. This puts added stress on the knees, which can be challenging for people with knee issues. It also limits the variety of postures you can adopt during the workout.
Having incorporated resistance workouts into my routine, this set seemed promising. The cuffs hug my ankles comfortably, thanks to the foam and thick neoprene padding. Different resistance levels make workouts versatile and suitable for varying intensities. The latex tubing feels robust, and the adjustable system adapts to different exercises seamlessly. While the portable storage bag is handy, the set’s compact nature truly shines during travels. A dependable tool in building strength andflexibility.
Those bands are great for a quick home workout. The three bands can be combined in different ways so I can have from 10lb up to 60lb of resistance.
In the set there’s everything I need for some basic leg workout at home. I like to do a quick 10 workout in the morning before starting the day.
The quality is overall good, and I like the carry bag as I can keep everything together so I won’t lose any part.
I’ve been on a fitness kick lately, trying to tone up my legs and glutes. These bands have been a game-changer!
Pros:
Versatile: I use these for kickbacks, hip thrusts, you name it. They add a level of difficulty that my bodyweight workouts just couldn’t offer.
Quality Material: The cuffs are padded and comfy; they don’t dig into my ankles. Plus, they’re sturdy enough to handle my more intense workouts.
Men & Women: The resistance seems to be pretty balanced, making it useful whether you’re a guy or a gal.
Overall, these ankle resistance bands are a solid investment. They do exactly what you’d hope, and once you get the hang of ’em, they’re pretty straightforward to use. If you’re trying to amp up your home workouts, especially for legs and glutes, give these a shot!
The cuffs are soft and pivot round your ankle well without irritation as you work through your exercises.
Comes with a little leaflet of exercises to try amd has 10lb, 20lb and 30lb bands.
I am perimenopausal and have been told to do more strength than cardio so these are a great way to tone gradually everyday.
