Very comfortable, easy to assemble, very clear instructions, bought to replace a leather gaming chair for my son due to him sticking to his other one, great product highly recommend also great customer service also 🙂
Easy to put together and appears to be good quality. Was no good to me as I am 6,4 and the seat did not go high enough for it to be comfortable. As I had already put together it would be difficult to return so I managed to sell the next day on Facebook marketplace for 5 less than what I paid
Chair arrived by advised date and was very easy to assemble. The side arms fold up allowing the chair to be pushed in close to the desk when not in use. Easy to use height adjustment with a locking mechanism is a good feature. Very Very comfortable with a tight netted backing which makes it especialy practical when its hot. I have sat in this chair for several hours and it provides all the support needed in the right places. In summary I cannot fault this product and when you consider the price it represents great value for money.

Unfortunately the product arrived with a damaged part. I was going to return the chair, but as I would have had to pay for the return, I contacted Lilunn and they agreed to send me the replacement part, rather than me returning the whole chair. The customer service was excellent and very supportive. Replacement part arrived and duly fitted. As for the chair itself, for the money it is a good chair, comfortable and just what I needed for home use. Assembly is a challenge, in particular getting the back onto the seat. Lining up the bolts with the nuts sunk into the bottom of the seat is a two person challenge, but can be achieved with perseverance. Once assembled the chair is stylish and value for money.

I had this chair for just over a month when two of the claws on the base snapped. I was ready to dismiss the chair as just a bit naff but I thought I’d message the seller to see if it would be possible to fix it. I cannot praise them enough for the service and support they provided. Once we established the extent of damage and they confirmed what parts needed replaced they wasted no time in getting replacement parts sent out to me. I was having difficultly with the repair so when I asked for advice they were most helpful and it has resulted in the chair now being back at full functionality.
The chair is alright. The service is phenomenal. I’m a customer service manager myself and the people I spoke to provide service at the level I expect from my staff. I couldn’t be happier.
