The Bamodi nappy pail looks lovely with sleek design and finishes in classic white. This is a great solution to keeping baby’s waste in a lovely way, out of sight and and space saving. The built-in compartment for keeping essentials with easy access, very thoughtful.

Made of high quality material, plastic but really smooth and durable, looking decent and expensive.

Slim, tidy, space saving, clean, convenient, hygienic…really happy to recommend it.

The Bamodi White & Grey Nappy Pail has proven to be a modern and efficient diaper disposal solution that combines clean design with clever features.

The white and grey color scheme adds a touch of modernity to the nursery, and the built-in compartment for changing essentials is a thoughtful addition, providing a convenient spot for storing necessary items.

The odor-locking lid is a game-changer, effectively containing unpleasant smells and ensuring a more pleasant diaper-changing experience. The hygienic disposal feature is commendable, promoting cleanliness and ease of use.

The overall design is sleek and compact, fitting seamlessly into the nursery without taking up excessive space. The construction feels sturdy, and the lid operates smoothly, adding to the overall user experience.

However, I’ve rated it 4 stars due to the capacity of the pail. While it is suitable for regular use, a slightly larger capacity would be beneficial for those with multiple children or those who prefer to empty the pail less frequently.

My 9 year old figured out how to work it, My grandson loved using it as a toy when it was empty, putting his toys in and flipping it so the would go into the bin. Good sturdy bin that keeps the nappy odour on when closed, Be prepared when you open it though as the stench hits you fas

Constructed from high-quality plastic, this nappy pail is built to last. It’s a worthy addition to my baby gear, offering convenience and cleanliness. My only minor gripe is that the lid can be a tad tricky to twist sometimes, but overall, it’s a valuable addition to any nursery.

This is a very good nappy bin, which is constructed out of a tough/hard plastic and has a good contemporary design and finished in a nice white/grey colour combination.

As any parent will testify, having a dedicated nappy bin is an essential bit of kit for the home to manage used nappies for new born babies and beyond.

This particular nappy bin is slim-line, so it doesn’t take up too much space in a room and I would say that it is about the average/common size for a product of this nature.

The bin is super easy to put together and once you have everything setup, you simply use the large, easy to grip handle to pull over the lid to the opposite side that it sits in the closed position to open the disposal chamber. After depositing a nappy, slide the lid back to its closed position and you will see at the top, as section lowers down, which provides a seal to lock in any odours.

To help with the nappy disposal process, there is bin stabiliser, in the shape of a foot, which you attached to bottom of the bin. If you step on the plastic foot, it prevents the bin from toppling over.

Using the bin is a very simple and effective way of keeping your home odour free. Since using the bin, I haven’t noticed any odours at all.

In my opinion, I think that the height of the bin is just about right, as you don’t want one that is too small that you cannot hardly get any nappies into it. Equally, you don’t want to have too many nappies stored within it to overwork the system and lead to the possibility that the odour lock control is compromised.

Whilst this is not a negative point, one thing that I did note is the bin-liner compatibility, or in this case a little lacking in this area. As far as I can make out, there are no dedicated liners manufactured specifically for this bin, so it does take a bit of trial and error in getting ones that fit correctly and that are not too bulky that they prevent the bin from working as it should. As with other manufacturers of this type of product, it would be good if they looked into developing some for this product, as it would make it easier to pair the two together. In addition, it would be a nice bonus to then offer a free sample pack of liners to try, which you get with other brands. This would not only be good to help get you started, but would signpost you to the specific product.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product, it works very well, does a great job of preventing odours and stores more than enough nappies before it emptying.

A good product and I would recommend it.

This nappy bin has been great. Its design is cute, adding a pleasant aesthetic to our nursery. It fits well within the nursery space, complementing the overall decor. I am happy to say that it keeps the room odour-free, so while I appreciate the locks, it functions perfectly in managing nappy disposal.

After using the Nappy pail for several weeks, I’m ready to share my thoughts:

Design and Aesthetics: The modern and clean design of this nappy pail is a huge plus. It fits seamlessly into the decor of our nursery without looking out of place. The classic white and grey colour scheme is both stylish and versatile.

Built-in Compartment: This feature is a lifesaver. Having a dedicated space for changing essentials right where I need them makes diaper changes much more efficient and less stressful.

Odour Control: The twist and click lid is effective at locking in odours. It’s a relief not to have the nursery smelling like diapers, especially for hot summer days.

Durability: Made of high-quality plastic, this nappy pail feels sturdy and durable. It gives me confidence that it will last as long as we need it, which is essential for a growing family.

Versatility: The fact that it works well with both disposable and reusable nappies adds to its versatility. This adaptability is important for us as we’re considering switching to cloth diapers.

However, it’s not without its drawbacks, which is why I’m giving it a 4-star rating:

Size: While the design is sleek, I wish it had a bit more capacity. For those heavy-diaper days, I find myself needing to empty it more frequently than I’d like.

Liner Compatibility: We’ve had some issues with getting certain liners to fit perfectly. A bit more flexibility in this area would have been great.

    Summary
The nappy pail is a near-perfect solution for parents looking for a stylish, practical, and odour-controlling diaper disposal system. Its sleek design, built-in compartment for essentials, and effective odour lock make it a valuable addition to any nursery. While there’s room for improvement in terms of size and liner compatibility, these issues are minor compared to the overall functionality and quality of the product. It’s definitely a worthwhile investment for parents seeking a hassle-free and hygienic way to handle diaper changes.

    Good pail for diapers.
Simple, lighweight, portable with build in compartment.
Simple colour, modern and not to large.
Price for it I think is good to.
So surely can recommend it to all.

Nappy bag pin which is simple to use. We have a bigger one but thought we’d try for a smaller one in the nursery. Simple to put the bag in and then flip the lid to dump the bag. Cannot hold as much though. Doesn’t come with any bags.

I live in a second floor apartment, and I have two indoor cats…therefore my review of this is how I use it for disposal of cat waste, not nappies!!

It’s a great product, simple to use and quote effective, it certainly saves going up and down the stairs so much to take the stuff out.

After scooping the litter tray and putting in a poop bag I just simply slide the top open drop in the bag and it’s deposited inside without any other smells leaking.
It’s quite effective and I haven’t noticed any smell coming out of it.
The design is simple and fits in well with the utility room, and it does have a cute paw print and what looks like a paw print on the bottom.

I like this item and would recommend it for the use that I have used it.

Having a nappy bin is a great way to keep them separate from everything else and in one place.

This one has a separate compartment for storage, which comes in handy and it’s quick and easy to dispose of nappies.

I also find that it does a good job of containing the smell. It’s not perfect, but definitely does a better job than ones I’ve used in the past.

Considering it’s made of plastic, it still feels sturdy and durable, so I would expect it to last a good few years.

All in all, it’s a handy nappy bin.

Seems good and sturdy, easy to put together although there are no instructions at all. Just pop the nappy in the top, use the handle to tip it into the bag within the container and done. For what it is, maybe it could be a tad cheaper.
Confused as to why there are random paw prints on it.

Packaged simply, this arrived in a sturdy cardboard box and wrapped in a single plastic bag which you could use as your first liner for the item. I’d recommend a liner because the bin has three holes that form the legs which will be difficult to clean out if anything gets into them.

The product is made from good strong plastic. Unfortunately the item we were sent had two small marks on the plastic at the top. Not a great first impression of quality control. In addition, there were absolutely no instructions so it took us a little while to figure out that you need to hold both small handles with arrows on and rotate these anticlockwise to lift off the lid. Inside, you will find a handle which clips onto the lid of the bin and which you use to rotate it to dispose of a nappy.

You’ll also find another item which made no sense to us until we figured out that the holes on it fit the legs. Then we realised that this is for your foot. You’ll need to put your foot on this to hold the product in place as you rotate the lid and particularly as you unscrew the top to empty the bin. When it’s empty, the product is pretty rickety when you’re attempting this latter action, but when it’s full, it’s a lot easier as it’s heavier.

The product will hold about 20 or so nappies depending on what size they are and it disposes of them quickly and efficiently. We didn’t notice any smells from it at all, but your mileage may vary depending on what your child produces and how often you empty it 😉

Although the product is made of washable plastic, the top section does not come apart so if you were to spill any liquids on it which need cleaning off, it might be difficult to clean and to get dry.

Finally, the sticker on the outside was upside down and strangely indicated that this product, which you’d almost definitely be placing near a cot for an infant, isn’t suitable for children under 3 years of age. I’m not sure why as we couldn’t see anything of risk, but this seems strange for a product that is intended for use with children under 3.

Overall a decent product. Although it has some drawbacks, they are minor in the grand scheme of things. This will do the job perfectly well.
