I had an issue with the telescope and reached out to customer service. They responded right away and offered a replacement. They were very easy to deal with. The telescope works great to view the moon, which is what my son wanted it for.

This is my first telescope. It’s a good telescope if you don’t want to invest a lot of money. I was impressed with magnification, achievable by using different eyepieces. The telescope is protable with carrying case, lightweight build and sturdy stand and can be quickly set up. So again, it works well enough for me in my first foray into stargazing.

This is a great starter kit for amateur astronomers. Has all the basic components. Easy set up and instruction manual is clear. Also great for looking at City landscapes. The phone mount allows us to take great pictures too. The carry case is also cool, enabling us to take to use it on trips. I thoroughly recommend this for the whole family. For the price, I’ll give it 5 stars

If you are looking for a budget friendly telescope, then this is the one for you. The item arrived on time and well packaged.
Out of the box you get a book bag/organizer for the telescope for easy transport if you are hiking into a spot.

It came with a phone mount to place right on the eyepiece to get great photos if you’d like. The tripod it came with also has a balance bubble, along with a compass for easy setup. I haven’t had the opportunity with a bright moonlit night to take it out and really get a good look. But after having used it to look through in daylight, the image quality is good for a telescope at this price point.

If you are looking for an affordable, easy to use telescope to use with kids, that doesn’t break the bank, and gets the job done, then this is the one to get. If you are a professional photographer looking to get that perfect shot of the night sky, you’ll want to spend a little more money.

Overall I’m pleased with the item. It is exactly as expected.

I bought this telescope for my family to use. Fairly easy to set up, the accessories are complete and useful. We like to spend our family time looking at all wonders of the night sky and taking amazing pictures of what we captured. Great starter telescope for both kids and adults. I think it’s interesting enough for an adult.
