Smooth action . I think it has a small flywheel in it as it’s so smooth . Pulleys ain’t worth a look as they are on cheap riveted placcy roller s and run against frame .
But I need it to do no load 3×30 mins a day. Knee joint health
My wife loves this bike, uses it for hours a day. Was easy to assemble and the options with the resistance bands is grwt too. Can fold to store if needed, but Compact enough to leave up. Give it a go well worth the money.
Easy to Assembl, Took about 25/30mins, very straight forward and the main part comes pre assembled.
Well Made,Use with Easy Adjustments, 8 Resistance Levels that should be Fine for most users.
Overall I am Very happy with our choice and I recommend this. It is a pleasure to use.
