An issue arose 7 months after I bought this and so went back to the retailer. Excellent customer care and service provided by Ashley who resolved my problems quickly and professionally with excellent communications the whole way through. Very clear instructions and Ashley was very helpful. Would strongly recommend purchasing from this company as any issues and they sort them out quickly without hesitation. As for the product, good all round laptop – was ideal for my son in his last year of GCSE’s and thank to Ashley his learning hasn’t been interfered with by the problem we had and neither has his Netflix/social media which I’m sure he’s been on as well as his obviously diligent studies lol! Highly recommend the company and thank you Ashley.
I use it for uni and it’s so convenient for how light it is, which is a nice change from the usual bulkier and heavier gaming laptops.
