The things that you can do with this is only stopped by your imagination you can have it on just one plain colour or you can have it dancing around or select from the multitude of premade scenes by the company or other users. Fantastic bit of kit much better than the cheap ones that you can get, I intend to get one for my bedroom and looking at getting lights for the garden by the same mate absolutely incredible
Can never go wrong with Govee lights. The app is really easy to use and the choice of different colours and presets is fantastic. It’s by far the best set of lights I have bought yet.
Great product works perfectly fine but do not buy if you TV is smaller then 70inch or you will have cables dangling around go for the smaller version that covers 40inch to 50inch luckylie I have a 75inch TV so I was still able to use i
What it is missing from pictures actually it is very big the plug it is huge so my tv flat on the wall .waste of money for me i was thinking it is usb.
So easy to install. Just stick the strip to the back of the tv and use the adhesive clips to tuck any wires away. The back of my tv isn’t even smooth (there are ridges in the plastic) and the strips still stuck on really well. Lots of different choices of colour and all controlled via an app on your phone. 100% recommend.
When fitting to a 65″ TV. Found it to be a few leds too short. Doesn’t hit the corners as it should. APP isn’t brilliant as well, needs to be simplified a lot..but does work and bright enough. Voice control is a nice touch. Wish it was USB powered so would turn on/off with TV.
I recently bought these for my tv and they work really well they are bright colorful and they are very easy to setup and use. The remote features on the app are good and there’s lots of controls available however the adhesive on the back of the lights and clips aren’t that strong. Overall these are a really good product.

Couldn’t be more impressed with this for the price I paid. Was going to buy the hue to strip for 170 but went with the reviews on this and so glad I did, saved me 150 and there’s Tver little difference from the hue ambilight tv I have in a different room. App is also on par with Philips, defo a Govee convert after trying this, will be buying more there products for sure. Spot on.
I have the T2 backlight on the back of my PC gaming monitor, and it adds some great atmosphere as the lights match the colours of the game, so I decided to buy this 3.8m strip to try and spread the effect further out around me. I stuck the strip around the base of my race sim rig, which is where I sit when playing computer games.
It works really well, and the colours of the game now emanate outwards around my seat as well as sideways from the monitor.
Yes, it is slightly gimmicky, but it was birthday money and I decided to splash out! And it really does bring the game out of the screen, & pull me further into the game.
Just to be clear, the colours can only match your TV picture if you already have a Govee Dreamview/Envisual system to sync these lights with. Without one of those systems, you can still use the Govee app to choose from a wide variety of colours, patterns and brightness levels, and it is a great value & fun set of lights.
Firstly the adhesion is absolutely spot on if you clean your tv and use the alcohol wipes the cleanliness no grease is a thing! Also follow instructions where to start. My tv is 55″.
I like what I see right now I had no trouble with Wi-Fi connection you need to put Wi-Fi name also password. I’ve not connected to my Alexa yet or tried anything but very happy with set up looks lovely!
I’ve tested out the RGBIC Led TV backlight (plug it in before you install it to see if it’s working) with the app and using the physical buttons. It’s all working well I’m pleased to say and it looks fantastic when in all its glory. Overall I would recommend these.
55 inch is very much edge to edge on a tv, I can see these would easily work up to 75inch.
10/10 took about 10 minutes and most of that was turning the TV around.
Govee home App works really well, colours are super vibrant, via Alexa you can reduce the brightness by any %, change the colour, turn on & off.
The only downside was waiting for it to get dark to experience it!! Absolutely recommend these and hope the photos help anyone wondering about the way this strip works.
