If like me you’ve seen a lot of ads online promoting this, then I’d understand why you’re sceptical. I definitely was. However, it really does seem to be as good as people say it is. While it can’t replace a gym, it’s legions better than any other at home workout solution I’ve used it. You can do a load of the important exercises and it really does feel nice to use. It’s all very solid and well made and packs away very neatly – unlike a lot of other options.

If you’re looking for a way to stay active but can’t find the time to fit in a trip to and from the gym every day, I think this is a great optio

Brought this to workout whilst travelling and at home when I can’t make it to the gym. It is soo light! Shipped straight away and the product quality is really good. I also found a bunch of videos on YouTube – but may purchase the ebook or app to help with constructing workouts. Overall really impressed!

Was looking at another brand before settling on this, so glad I did. You can tell its top quality, no chance of snapping. Def get a good pump with this! Taking a while to get used to good form on exercises I do with ease at the gym, although now I’m exercising way more cos can’t always make it to the local gym. I still prefer dumbbells for bench press etc yet this is band is strengthening my mobility in ways I wouldn’t be able to do at the gym. Excellent for core too which I hadn’t considered. I’m off travelling soon which is why I got it, yet am already using it at home so it’s a win/win. Highly recommend

Bought this for myself to use at home when I’m too busy to get to the gym but also really like working out in private sometimes!! Was very impressed with the quality of it & how heavy the bands go. Have tried multiple at-home fitness fads & this is far superior to anything else I’ve tried! Just bought one for my son now too!

Bought this about a week ago and have to say the product is top quality

I really hate having to travel to the gym so being able to train with this at home is by far the biggest benefit.

The resistance bands give insane muscle pump and feels incredibly dynamic when doing a workout.

I use this in combination with floor calisthenics which works great.Already recommended to a couple of my pals who live far away from gyms.

10/10 quality and really good price.
