This remote control car comes boxed with controller, instructions, spare clips, spare shell, two batteries, charging cable and four sheets of decals. The controller takes two AA batteries which aren’t included.
The box and instructions both contain a number of important warnings so I made sure to read those. Setting up the car is easy, the shell is held by a couple of clips at the front and at the back, once those are out it lifts off easy, allowing access to the battery and other parts. The instructions have a lot of detail about the parts, allowing customisation – this is more a toy for adults than for children.
Controlling the car takes a little bit of getting used to, I would have preferred a controller more like a games console but I can’t fault the car’s performance, it’s fast and springy and far superior to cheaper models. The car is best suited to outdoor use as there it can get up to a fair speed, jumping it off my garden steps is a lot of fun.
Battery life is decent and spares can always be picked up to extend the play time. I’m very happy with this remote control car.
Recently got into rc hobby and reluctant to put too much money into it till I learn how to fix them and this thing is amazing my 4th and definitely best budget hobby grade rc very fast nearly keeps up with my friends tamiya drift car 2 batterys last a good 30mins drives over long grass and climbs over just about anything realy surprising for its size and very good quality handles amazing with a nice controller for the price going to buy a 2nd to upgrade I like it so much and will be looking to this brand to see what else they have highly recommend for the price I don’t know anything better also has speed controller on lowest I let my friends 3yr old have a go and although he didn’t quite get the steering it wasn’t too fast for him very user friendly

Battery powered and I love the fact that the manufacturer has included a couple of batteries to keep you going for a good RC session. The kit includes the full car, with two quick release plastic housings which is cool to swap over as a when you want a change or to have a backup if one breaks. The kit then includes the 2 batteries which last roughly 15 minutes each, the cool remote which allows for a good long range with the rc car and then chargers. Great for our local playing field and my gosh it’s a very nippy device! All terrain and overall a quality product. I would buy this again 🙂
Well packed and arrived quickly.
Everything you need is in the box except batteries for the controller.
Out of the box the batteries took about 35 mins to charge.
No assemble of the car is required but you can tinker if you wish, looks like some if not all the parts such as motor and receiver can be swapped out and upgraded if needed.
Got this car fully charged and took it out to the fields with my 2 sons and had loads of fun, it quick, robust and lasts long enough for all three of us to have fun before getting to cold and going home.
Would make a really good first RC Car and priced will for what you get.
This is a remote control car unlike any I have seen before, it would make a fantastic “Big boys” gift!
By that I mean it is not your stock toy remote control car, it is so much more than that!
When I took this out of the box the first impressions were off the scale good, a proper working differential on both front and rear axles and when you turn the wheels it actually feels like the engine turning over inside it.
There is a spare body included in an alternative colour in the box, purple instead of green!
The car has a decent weight to it and when you have removed the fast release clips to lift the body off the car you can immediately see why!
The whole drive train is made out of metal and the suspension is a perfect working miniature of a real sand-rail’s suspension, the travel on the wheels and fully working mechanism are a sight to behold.
There are two large batteries inside the box and they are thankfully mostly pre charged already, at least it doesn’t take long to get them fully charged using the dedicated USB lead included.
The remote control needs a couple of AA batteries (Not included) and is rather like a Scalextric control but with a wheel on the side to steer the car, there are also trim controls and an auxiliary button.
The trim controls are used to make the car run straight and to control the speed of the car, the steering can also be reversed if that suits your style.
It is far too fast to use on anything but the lowest setting indoors!
We took it outside and first played with it on long grass, which it doesn’t much care for, getting bogged down often and getting caught by our very enthusiastic to chase it Patterdale terrier dog.
On sand and concrete it is a very different matter though, running at speeds of up to 25mph (39kph) she could only catch up with it if I let her!
It is not easy to master, I have used many traditional remote control cars and planes but this is my first one with the steering wheel on the side and tbh I am not sure I like it as much as a traditional two stick remote but am quite happy to not share!.
The Aux button turns on the headlights! Which is pretty cool if it is getting dark!
This cant really be viewed as a child’s toy in my opinion, a motivated teenager maybe able to grasp it but younger children would struggle with it, I absolutely loved driving it, save the strange stance with the RC.
I was not enthusiastic about the price of it when I placed the order but I very soon got over that when I handled it, this is properly engineered and a thing to be proud of!
Much too good to let a ham fisted kid smash it up against the first wall or tall kerb they find!

It’s evident the moment you unpack this car that it’s very good quality. It has significant weight to it and testing the suspension you can see and feel that it’s excellent. It comes with two different body shells in green or purple. It also comes with a set of stickers so that you can personalise your car.
The controller needs two AA batteries which aren’t supplied. The controls consist of a steering wheel on the side of the controller, a trigger that ranges through forward, neutral and reverse, a trim switch which allows you to make sure the car goes straight forward when not being steered, and a speed limiter. If you are using the car in an enclosed space, like your kitchen for instance, you will need to set the speed limiter to minimum just to be able to control it. However this car comes into it’s own when you have a large space to run it in, in which case you can pump the speed limiter up to max and go crazy. It comes with two rechargeable battery packs which is great because you can just swap the packs over to keep racing. This kit is definitely not for young kids and is not in any way comparable to the cheap kids toys you can get, it’s fast and mean and takes a bit of learning to control.
Nice remote control car that any kid would love and probably any adult too if the truth be told. This comes with everything as seem in the pictures. It’s a little smaller than I thought it originally would be but then that serves me right for not checking the dimensions. That being said it’s also a nice size. Because there is 2 batteries this gives a longer time to have fun. This runs well and goes pretty fast. The suspension is good and we have had this running well on concrete, short grass and rocky road and it seems to run well. The battery life is pretty good, I think the battery life does also depend on the terrain you are running it on because if it had to work harder it will take more power. This is easy to use and the controls are comfortable to hold. It’s all easy to charge and easy to set up and have it running easy enough. With the% off at the moment I think this is a great deal.
I got this remote control monster truck for my son’s birthday and he loved it so much. The truck rechargeable but the remote requires 2xAA batteries (not included). The truck goes forward and backwards and it’s really fast and easy to control once you get used to it. Great for open space or outdoor to really enjoy the experience. Overall makes an awesome gift for any one and battery last for an hour or more.
