This is a decent-sized roller that can have a variety of uses.
You can use it to help train for tumbling, somersaults, etc.
It can be used for warm-up or cool-down stretching.
I used one of the small USB-powered inflators to get the air in it (which was surprisingly quick) and once inflated it held the pressure well.
It is made from a very durable material, and all the seams look to be well sealed.
